EN 13451-1:2001

Swimming pool equipment - Part 1: General safety requirements and test methods

This standard specifies general safety requirements and test methods for equipment used in public swimming and some water associated activities. For particular types of equipment, these requirements are supplemented or modified by requirements of subsequent product specific parts of this standard. Where specific standard exist, this general standard shall not be used alone.

Diese Europäische Norm enthält allgemeine sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Geräte fest, die in öffent-lichen Schwimmbädern benutzt werden.
Wenn besondere Normen vorhanden sind, darf diese allgemeine Norm nicht allein verwendet werden.
Besondere Aufmerksamkeit ist erforderlich, wenn diese allgemeine Norm allein auf Geräte angewendet wird, für die noch keine produktspezifische Norm veröffentlicht wurde.
