Space project management - Part 10-01: Organization and conduct of reviews

This Standard provides means for identifying and structuring all of the activities and information required in a project review. It identifies the information outputs and activities necessary to complete the process. It also provides a check–list of activities and information required for each of the project reviews identified in the ECSS Management Standards.
This standard may be tailored for the specific characteristics and constraints of a space project, in conformance with ECSS-S-ST-00.

Diese Norm liefert die Mittel zur Identifizierung und Strukturierung sämtlicher Maßnahmen (Aktivitäten) und Informationen, die bei einer Projektüberprüfung (kurz „Projektreview“) erforderlich sind. Sie legt die Ziele der Information und Maßnahmen fest, die für die Durchführung des Prozesses erforderlich sind. Weiterhin gibt sie in Form einer Checkliste die Informationen und Maßnahmen an, die für die bei den ECSS-Normen zum Management genannten wichtigen Projektreviews erforderlich sind.
Diese Norm darf auf die speziellen Merkmale und Vorgaben eines Raumfahrtprojektes nach ECSS-M-ST-00 ausgelegt werden.

Vodenje vesoljskih projektov - 10-01. del: Organizacija in izvedba pregleda

Standard EN 16601-10-01 zagotavlja način opredelitve in strukturiranja vseh dejavnosti ter informacij, zahtevanih v pregledu projekta. Določa informacijske izhode in dejavnosti, potrebne za dokončanje procesa. Zagotavlja tudi kontrolni seznam dejavnosti in informacij, zahtevanih za vsak pregled projekta, opredeljen v standardih upravljanja ECSS. Ta standard se lahko prilagodi posameznim lastnostim in omejitvam vesoljskega projekta v skladu s standardom ECSS-S-ST-00.
