LED light source characteristics - Part 1: Data sheets
This part of IEC 63356 specifies datasheets of LED lamps and LED modules with a series of parameters per datasheet for a specific LED light source that enables interchangeability between products from different LED light source manufacturers. Compliance criteria relating to datasheet parameters in this document are covered by IEC 63220 for safety, or IEC 63221 for performance.

Ta del standarda IEC 63356 določa podatkovne liste LED-sijalk in LED-modulov z nizom parametrov na posamezen podatkovni list za določen svetlobni vir LED, ki omogoča zamenljivost med izdelki različnih proizvajalcev svetlobnih virov LED.
Merila skladnosti glede varnosti, povezana s parametri podatkovnega lista v tem dokumentu, so zajeta v standardu IEC 632201, glede zmogljivosti pa v standardu IEC 632212.

The text of document 34A/2297/FDIS, future edition 1 of IEC 63356-1, prepared by SC 34A "Electric
light sources" of IEC/TC 34 "Lighting" was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and approved
by CENELEC as EN IEC 63356-1:2022.
The following dates are fixed:
• latest date by which the document has to be implemented at national (dop) 2023-08-22
level by publication of an identical national standard or by endorsement
• latest date by which the national standards conflicting with the (dow) 2025-11-22
document have to be withdrawn
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CENELEC shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
