Framework for energy market communications - Part 301: Common information model (CIM) extensions for markets

IEC 62325-301:2018 specifies the common information model (CIM) for energy market communications. The CIM facilitates integration by defining a common language (i.e. semantics) based on the CIM to enable these applications or systems to access public data and exchange information independent of how such information is represented internally. The object classes represented in the CIM are abstract in nature and may be used in a wide variety of applications. The use of the CIM goes far beyond its application in a market management system. This new edition of IEC 62325-301 contains support for demand-side communication within a wholesale market. The IEC 62325-301 additions include support for demand-side resource registration and enrollment of a market participating resource as well as support for deployment and performance evaluation of demand side resources. A new package has been included in this edition of IEC 62325-301 to support environmental (weather) data.

L'IEC 62325-301:2018 spécifie le modèle d'information commun (CIM) relatif aux communications pour le marché de l'énergie. Le CIM facilite l'intégration en définissant un langage commun (c'est-à-dire, une sémantique) fondé sur le modèle CIM pour permettre à ces applications ou systèmes d'accéder aux données publiques et d'échanger des informations indépendamment de la représentation interne de ces informations. Les classes d'objets représentées dans le CIM sont de nature abstraite et peuvent être utilisées dans une large gamme d'applications. L'utilisation du CIM n'est pas limitée à son application dans un système de gestion de marché. Cette nouvelle édition de l’IEC 62325-301 tient compte de la communication côté demande dans un marché de vente en gros. Les ajouts apportés à l’IEC 62325-301 comprennent la prise en charge de l’enregistrement des ressources et l’enregistrement d’une ressource participant à un marché côté demande ainsi que la prise en charge en vue du déploiement et de l’évaluation des performances des ressources côté demande. Un nouveau paquetage a été inclus dans cette édition de l’IEC 62325-301 afin de prendre en charge les données environnementales (météorologiques).

Ta del standarda IEC 62325 določa skupni informacijski model (CIM) za komunikacije na trgu z električno energijo.
Skupni informacijski model je abstraktni model, ki predstavlja vse glavne objekte v elektropodjetju, ki običajno opravlja javno službo in se ukvarja z upravljanjem trga z električno energijo. Z zagotavljanjem standardnega načina predstavitve elektroenergetskih virov kot objektnih razredov in atributov, skupaj z njihovimi povezavami, skupni informacijski model olajšuje integracijo aplikacij sistema za upravljanje trga (MMS), ki so jih neodvisno razvili različni prodajalci, med celotnimi samostojno razvitimi sistemi za upravljanje trga ali med sistemom za upravljanje trga in drugimi sistemi, ki se ukvarjajo z drugimi vidiki delovanja upravljanja trga, kot so dodeljevanje infrastrukturnih zmogljivosti, upravljanje en dan vnaprej, izravnava, poravnava.
Skupni informacijski model olajšuje integracijo z opredelitvijo skupnega jezika (tj. semantike), osnovanega na skupnem informacijskem modelu, ki omogoča, da imajo te aplikacije ali sistemi dostop do javnih podatkov in izmenjujejo informacije neodvisno od tega, kako so te informacije izražene interno.
Objektni razredi, predstavljeni v modelu CIM, so abstraktni in se lahko uporabljajo v različnih aplikacijah. Uporaba modela CIM presega njegovo uporabo v sistemu upravljanja trga.

Ta dokument določa nabor paketov, ki zagotavljajo logični pogled funkcionalnih vidikov upravljanja trga v okviru trga električne energije in druge funkcionalne vidike, vključno z okoljskimi vidiki, ki so tesno povezani s trgi električne energije in se delijo med vse aplikacije. Drugi standardi določajo bolj specifične dele modela, ki jih potrebujejo samo nekatere aplikacije. Točka 4.2 podaja trenutno združevanje paketov v standardne dokumente.
Ta nova izdaja standarda IEC 62325-301 zajema podporo za komunikacijo na strani povpraševanja v okviru veleprodaje. Dodatki standarda IEC 62325-301 vključujejo podporo za registracijo virov na strani povpraševanja in vpis vira, ki sodeluje na trgu, ter podporo pri uvajanju in vrednotenju zmogljivosti virov na strani povpraševanja. V tej izdaji standarda IEC 62325-301 je vključen nov paket za podporo okoljskih (vremenskih) podatkov. Ta novi »okoljski« paket nudi podporo za vremenske pogoje, vključno z napovedmi, opazovanji, meritvami, pojavi in opozorili. V paketu za »upravljanje trga« so dodane dodatne posodobitve za podporo uredb o preglednosti, združevanje trga na podlagi pretoka in nove omrežne kode za podporo evropskih trgov. Te posodobitve vključujejo nove razrede, atribute in povezave v okviru paketov standarda IEC 62325 kot tudi posodobitev novih razredov, atributov in povezav za natančen prikaz obstoječih primerov uporabe.
