Signs and luminous-discharge-tube installations operating from a no-load rated output voltage exceeding 1 kV but not exceeding 10 kV - Part 2: Requirements for earth-leakage and open-circuit protective devices

This European Standard specifies requirements for earth-leakage and open-circuit protective devices designed to protect circuits for neon tubes operating from transformers conforming to EN 61050 at voltages exceeding 1 000 V but not exceeding 10 000 V. NOTE 1 Requirements for the installation of earth-leakage and open-circuit protective devices are given in EN 50107-1. NOTE 2 Requirements for earth-leakage and open-circuit protective devices used with inverters and converters are specified in EN 61347-2-10.

Leuchtröhrengeräte und Leuchtröhrenanlagen mit einer Leerlaufspannung über 1 kV, aber nicht über 10 kV - Teil 2: Anforderungen an Erdschlussschutz- und Leerlaufschutzeinrichtungen

Diese Europäische Norm legt Prüfungen und Leistungsanforderungen für Erdschluss-Schutzeinrichtungen und Leerlauf-Schutzeinrichtungen fest. Diese dienen zum Schutz von Leuchtröhrenstromkreisen, die mit Transformatoren nach EN 61050 mit Spannungen von über 1 000 V bis 10 000 V betrieben werden. ANMERKUNG 1 Anforderungen für die Installation von Erdschluss-Schutzeinrichtungen und Leerlauf-Schutzeinrich-tungen sind in EN 50107 1 genannt. ANMERKUNG 2 Anforderungen für Erdschluss-Schutzeinrichtungen und Leerlauf-Schutzeinrichtungen für Wechselrichter und Umrichter, die in EN 61347-2-10 beschrieben sind.

La présente Norme Européenne spécifie les exigences pour les dispositifs de protection contre les défauts d’isolement et contre l’ouverture du circuit secondaire, destinés à protéger les circuits pour tubes au néon fonctionnant à des tensions supérieures à 1 000 V, mais ne dépassant pas 10 000 V et utilisant des transformateurs conformes à la EN 61050. NOTE 1 Les exigences concernant l'installation des dispositifs de protection contre les défauts d'isolement et des dispositifs de protection en circuit ouvert sont données dans la EN 50107-1. NOTE 2 Les exigences concernant les dispositifs de protection contre les défauts d'isolement et des dispositifs de protection en circuit ouvert utilisés avec des onduleurs et des convertisseurs sont précisées dans la EN 61347-2-10.
