IEC 61169-53:2015 is a sectional specification which provides information and rules for the preparation of detail specifications (DS) for RF coaxial connectors with threaded coupling, typically for use in 50 Ohms cable networks (Type S7-16).

L'IEC 61169-53:2015 est une spécification intermédiaire (SI), qui fournit des informations et des règles en vue de l'établissement de spécifications particulières (SP) relatives aux connecteurs coaxiaux pour fréquences radioélectriques avec couplage vissé, spécifiquement utilisés dans les réseaux câblés 50 Ohms (Type S7-16).

Ta del standarda IEC 61169, ki je področna specifikacija (SS), podaja informacije in določa pravila za pripravo podrobnih specifikacij (DS) za radiofrekvenčne koaksialne konektorje s spojko z navojem, običajno za uporabo v 50-ohmskih kabelskih omrežjih (tip S7-16).
Predpisuje prednje mere stikanja za konektorje za splošni namen tipa 2, podrobnosti o merah standardnih preskusnih konektorjev tipa 0, merjenje informacij in preskuse, izbrane iz standarda IEC 61169-1, ki veljajo za vse podrobne specifikacije v zvezi z radiofrekvenčnimi konektorji serije 4.1-9.5. Ta specifikacija določa priporočene lastnosti, ki jih je treba upoštevati pri sestavljanju podrobne specifikacije, ter zajema urnike preskusov in zahteve za pregled za ravni vrednotenja M in H.
Radiofrekvenčni koaksialni konektorji serije S7-16 z nazivno impedanco 50 ohmov so enote s spojko z navojem, ki se uporabljajo z različnimi radiofrekvenčnimi kabli in mikrotrakovi v mikrovalovnem prenosnem sistemu. Omejitev frekvenčnega območja delovanja je do 7,5 GHz.
