Oxygen monitors for patient breathing mixtures - Particular requirements

This European Standard refers to IEC 601 - 1:1988: Medical electrical equipment - Part 1 : General requirements for safety, as amended by its amendments 1 (1991) and 2 (1995). For brevity Part 1 is referred to in this European standard either as the General Standard or as the General requirements.

Es gilt Abschnitt 1 der Allgemeinen Festlegung mit der Ausnahme, dass 1.1 durch folgendes ersetzt wird: Diese Europäische Norm stellt besondere Anforderungen an Überwachungsgeräte füR Sauerstoff entsprechend der Begriffsbestimmung in 3.14 in dieser Festlegung auf, die zur Bestimmung des Sauerstoffgehaltes in Gasgemischen vorgesehen sind.

Moniteurs d'oxygene pour les mélanges gazeux respiratoires - Prescriptions particulieres

La présente norme européenne établit des exigences particulieres relatives aux moniteurs d'oxygene, tels que définis en 1.3.14 (dans la présente spécification), servant a déterminer le niveau d'oxygene dans les mélanges gazeux. Elle traite des moniteurs d'oxygene avec et sans aspiration. Le domaine d'application comprend, sans s'y limiter, les appareils suivants: a) systemes d'anesthésie et systemes respiratoires; b) ventilateurs; c) incubateurs. Les moniteurs d'oxygene ayant des applications dans des laboratoires de recherche ne sont pas visés par la présente norme.
