Materials and articles in contact with foodstuffs - Plastics substances subject to limitation - Part 7: Determination of monoethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in food simulants

This Part of this European Prestandard specifies methods for the determination of monoethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in the four conventional EC food simulants; water, 3 % w/v acetic acid, 15 % v/v ethanol and olive oil (or approved substitutes sunflower oil or mixture of synthetic triglycerides).  The methods are capable of determining monoethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in food simulants separately, or combined, at the specific migration limit SML (T) of 30 mg/kg.

Dieser Teil dieser Europäischen Vornorm legt Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Monoethylenglycol und Diethylenglycol in den vier konventionellen Prüflebensmitteln der EU fest: Wasser, Esigsäure 3% (m/v), Ethanol 15% (v/v) und Olivenöl (oder die anerkannten Ersatzstoffe Sonnenblumenöl oder ein Gemisch synthetischer Triglyceride). Man kann mit den Verfahren Monoethylenglycol und Diethylenglycol einzeln oder gemeinsam in Prüflebensmitteln im Bereich des spezifischen Migrationsgrenzwertes (specific migration limit, SML) (T) von 30mg/kg bestimmen.

La présente partie de cette prénorme européenne spécifie les méthodes de détermination du monoéthylene glycol et du diéthylene glycol dans les quatre simulants traditionnels eau, acide acétique a 3%p/v, éthanol a 15%v/v et huile d'olive (ou des substituts reconnus d'huile de tournesol ou un mélange de triglycérides synthétiques). Ces méthodes permettent de déterminer séparément ou en association, le monoéthylene glycol et le diéthylene glycol dans les simulants, a la limite de migration spécifique SML (T) de 30mg/kg.
