• Operational constraints during testing - no manipulation of the guarding system with push sticks, push pads or the rip fence; the guard must not be displaced into the blade cutting zone; the riving knife must not interfere with the workpiece passage.
• Scope of amendment - intended to clarify mechanical hazard testing and to improve consistency of safety evaluations for transportable table saws.

13 1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising
