Plastics piping systems for hot and cold water installations - Polypropylene (PP) - Part 7: Guidance for the assessment of conformity (ISO/TS 15874-7:2003)

This Part of En 12202 specifies procedures and requirements for the assessment of conformity to be included in the manufacturer's quality plan as part of his quality system for third party certification of conformity by a certification body accredited to EN 45011/45012 as applicable and includes: a) requirements for materials, components, joints and assemblies conforming to Parts 1, 2, 3 and 5 of EN 12202; b) requirements for the manufacturer's quality system con- forming to EN ISO 9001 or EN ISO 9002  as applicable.

Diese Norm gilt für die Zertifierung der Konformität durch eine als unparte- iische Dritte in Abhängigkeit der Anwendung nach EN 45011oder EN 45012 zuge- lassene Zertifiezierungsstelle. In dieser Norm sind Verfahren und Anforderungen für die Beurteilung der Konformität festgelegt, die im Qualitätssicherungs- plan des Hersteller als Teil des Qualitätssicherungssystems enthalten sein müssen.

Cette Spécification Technique donne un guide pour l'évaluation de la conformité, a inclure dans le plan qualité du fabricant, dans le cadre de son systeme qualité.
Cette Spécification Technique comporte :
a) les exigences relatives aux matieres, composants, assemblages et montages, énoncées dans la(les) Partie(s) applicable(s) du prEN ISO 15874:2001 ;
b) les exigences relatives au systeme qualité du fabricant ;
NOTE 1   Il est recommandé que le systeme qualité soit conforme a l'EN ISO 9001 [2] .
c) les définitions et procédures a appliquer en cas de certification par tierce Partie.
NOTE 2   En cas de certification par tierce Partie, il est recommandé que l'organisme de certification soit accrédité selon l'EN 45011 [3] ou l'EN 45012 [4], selon le cas.
Conjointement avec les autres Parties du prEN ISO 15874:2001 (voir l'avant-propos), cette Spécification Technique est applicable aux systemes de canalisations en polypropylene (PP) destinés aux installations d'eau chaude et froide pour le transport de l'eau dans les bâtiments, qu'elle soit ou non destinée a la consommation humaine (systemes domestiques), et pour les systemes de chauffage, a des pressions et des températures de calcul correspondant a la classe d'application (voir Tableau 1 du prEN ISO 15874-1:2001).
