This document specifies the required characteristics, tests and tooling applicable to female electrical contacts 045, type A, double crimping, class T, used in elements of connection according to EN 3155-002.
It shall be used together with EN 3155-001.
The associated male contact is defined in EN 3155-044.
Double crimping contact has a barrel which is design to crimp conductor and jacket of cable in two locations, one on the conductor and the other on the jacket. This way protect the conductor from mechanical strengths.

Es ist in Verbindung mit EN 3155 001 anzuwenden.
Der zugehörige Stiftkontakt ist in EN 3155 044 festgelegt.
Der Kontakt mit Doppelcrimpung besitzt eine Hülse, die so konstruiert ist, dass sie den Leiter und den Leitungsmantel an zwei Stellen crimpt, sowohl am Leiter als auch am Mantel. Auf diese Weise wird der Leiter vor mechanischer Beanspruchung geschützt.

Les contacts mâles associés sont définis dans l’EN 3155-044.
Le contact double sertissage a un fût qui permet de sertir le conducteur et la gaine du câble à deux endroits, l’un sur le conducteur et l'autre sur la gaine. Ce procédé protège le conducteur des forces mécaniques.

Uporabljati ga je treba skupaj s standardom EN 3155-001. Povezani moški kontakti so določeni v standardu EN 3155-044. 1 Scope
This document specifies the required characteristics, tests and tooling applicable to female electrical
contacts 045, type A, double crimping, class T, used in elements of connection according to EN 3155-002.
It shall be used together with EN 3155-001.
The associated male contact is defined in EN 3155-044.
