Adhesives for load bearing timber structures other than phenolic and aminoplastic - Test methods - Part 1: Long-term tension load test perpendicular to the bond line at varying climate conditions with specimens perpendicular to the glue line (Glasshouse test)
This European Standard specifies a method of determining the ability of adhesive bonds to resist long-term sustained load applied vertical to the glue lines. It is applicable to adhesives used in load-bearing timber structures.
It is suitable for the following applications:
a) for assessing the compliance of adhesives according to EN 15425 and EN 16254;
b) for assessing the suitability and quality of adhesives for load-bearing timber structures;
c) for assessing the effect on the bond strength resulting from long-term sustained load at cyclic climate conditions.
This method is intended primarily to obtain performance data for the classification of adhesives for load bearing timber structures according to their suitability for use in defined climatic environments.
This method is not intended to provide data for structural design, and does not necessarily represent the performance of the bonded member in service.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Beständigkeit von Klebstoffverbindungen gegenüber einer senkrecht zur Klebstofffuge einwirkenden Langzeitbelastung fest. Sie gilt für Klebstoffe, die für tragende Holzbauteile verwendet werden.
Das Verfahren ist für folgende Anwendungsfälle geeignet:
a) zur Beurteilung der Übereinstimmung von Klebstoffen mit EN 15425 und EN 16254;
b) zur Beurteilung der Eignung und Qualität von Klebstoffen für tragende Holzbauteile;
c) zur Beurteilung der Auswirkung von Langzeitbelastung bei zyklischen Klimabedingungen auf die Klebfestigkeit.
Diese Verfahren ist hauptsächlich dafür vorgesehen, Leistungsdaten für die Klassifizierung von Klebstoffen für tragende Holzbauteile entsprechend ihrer Eignung zur Verwendung in festgelegten klimatischen Umgebungen zu erhalten.
Dieses Verfahren ist nicht dafür vorgesehen, Bemessungswerte bereitzustellen und gibt nicht zwangsläufig die Leistungsfähigkeit des verklebten Bauteils im Gebrauch wieder.
Adhésifs pour structures portantes en bois de type autre que phénolique et aminoplaste - Méthodes d"essais - Partie 1 : Essai de charge soutenue à long terme dans des conditions climatiques cycliques avec des éprouvettes chargées perpendiculairement au joint de colle (essai de la serre)
La présente Norme européenne spécifie une méthode de détermination de la capacité des joints adhésifs à résister à une charge soutenue à long terme appliquée à la verticale des joints de colle. Elle s’applique aux adhésifs utilisés dans des structures portantes en bois.
Elle est adaptée :
a) pour évaluer la conformité des adhésifs à l’EN 15425 et l’EN 16254 ;
b) pour évaluer l’aptitude à l’utilisation et la qualité des adhésifs pour les structures portantes en bois ;
c) pour évaluer l’effet sur la résistance à la rupture d’un joint de l’application d’une charge soutenue à long terme dans des conditions climatiques cycliques.
Cette méthode est principalement destinée à recueillir des données de performance pour classer les adhésifs destinés aux structures portantes en bois en fonction de leur aptitude à l’utilisation dans des environnements climatiques définis.
Cette méthode n’est pas destinée à fournir des données pour la conception structurelle et elle ne reflète pas nécessairement la performance de l’élément collé en service.

Ta evropski standard določa metodo za ugotavljanje odpornosti lepil proti dolgotrajni obremenitvi navpično na linije lepila. Uporablja se za lepila za nosilne lesene konstrukcije.
Metoda se uporablja:
a) za oceno skladnosti lepil s standardoma EN 15425 in EN 16254;
b) za oceno ustreznosti in kakovosti lepil za nosilne lesene konstrukcije;
c) za oceno vpliva na sprijemno trdnost, ki je posledica dolgotrajne obremenitve pri cikličnih klimatskih pogojih.
Ta metoda je namenjena zlasti za pridobivanje podatkov o lastnostih za razvrstitev lepil za nosilne lesene konstrukcije glede na njihovo ustreznost za uporabo v opredeljenih podnebnih okoljih.
Ta metoda ni namenjena za zagotavljanje podatkov za konstrukcijsko zasnovo, pri čemer ne predstavlja nujno lastnosti zlepljenega elementa v uporabi.
