This European standard gives requirements for the types of industrial trucks specified in the scope of EN ISO 3691 3.
This standard is intended to be used in conjunction with EN ISO 3691 3. These requirements are supplementary to those stated in EN ISO 3691 3.
This European standard defines supplementary requirements to EN ISO 3691 3:
- Brakes
- Fall Protection Device
- Stability
- Information for use (instruction handbook and marking)
Annex A (informative) contains the list of significant hazards covered by this standard.

Dieses Dokument enthält Anforderungen an die im Anwendungsbereich von EN ISO 3691 3:20161 aufgeführten Flurförderzeuge.
Dieses Dokument muss benutzt werden mit EN ISO 3691 3:2016. Diese Anforderungen gelten zusätzlich zu den in der EN ISO 3691 3:2016 genannten.
Dieses Dokument behandelt die folgenden signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen oder Gefährdungsereignisse von Maschinen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und unter Bedingungen von durch den Hersteller vernünftigerweise vorhersehbaren Fehlanwendungen verwendet werden:
- Beschleunigung, Verzögerung (kinetische Energie);
- Bewegung der Maschine.
Dieses Dokument definiert zusätzliche Anforderungen zu EN ISO 3691-1:20152, EN ISO 3691-3:2016 und EN 16307-1:2020:
- Bremsen – Betrieb ohne Führungssystem
- Bediener-Absturzsicherung
- Information zur Anwendung (Betriebsanleitung und Kennzeichnung)
Anhang A (informativ) enthält die Liste der signifikanten Gefährdungen, die von diesem Dokument abgedeckt werden.
