This part of EN 13523 specifies a procedure for evaluating the resistance of an organic coating on a metallic substrate (coil coating) to conditions of extreme humidity (acid, alkaline and/or neutral).

La présente partie de l’EN 13523 spécifie un mode opératoire permettant d’évaluer la résistance à des conditions d’humidité extrême (acide, alcaline et/ou neutre) d’un revêtement organique recouvrant un subjectile métallique (procédé de prélaquage).

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2017, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by October 2017.
