Ceramic tiles - Part 9: Determination of resistance to thermal shock (ISO 10545-9:2013)

This part of ISO 10545 specifies a test method for determining the resistance to thermal shock of all ceramic tiles under normal conditions of use. Depending on the water absorption of the tiles, different procedures (tests with or without immersion) are used unless there is an agreement to the contrary.

Dieser Teil von ISO 10545 legt ein Prüfverfahren fest, mit dem die Temperaturwechselbeständigkeit von
keramischen Fliesen und Platten unter üblichen Gebrauchsbedingungen bestimmt wird.
Wenn nicht anders vereinbart, werden in Abhängigkeit von der Wasseraufnahme der Fliesen und Platten
unterschiedliche Verfahren angewendet (Prüfungen mit oder ohne Eintauchen).
ANMERKUNG ISO 13006 enthält Anforderungen an die Eigenschaften von Fliesen und Platten und andere nützliche
Informationen über diese Erzeugnisse.

L'ISO 10545-9:2013 spécifie une méthode permettant de déterminer la résistance aux chocs thermiques de tous les carreaux céramiques dans les conditions normales d'utilisation.

Ta del standarda ISO 10545 določa preskusno metodo za ugotavljanje odpornosti proti hitrim temperaturnim spremembam vseh keramičnih ploščic pri normalnih pogojih uporabe. Odvisno od absorpcije vode ploščic se uporabijo različni postopki (preskusi s potapljanjem ali brez), če ni sklenjeno drugače.

This document (EN ISO 10545-9:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 189 “Ceramic
tile” in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 67 “Ceramic tiles” the secretariat of which is held by
UNI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by January 2014, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by January 2014.
