Round and sawn timber - Determination of the batch volume of sawn timber

This European Standard fixes the rules for the determination of the volume of sawn timber.  It applies to the volume of a batch of similar or dissimilar pieces of sawn softwood or hardwood.  This standard applies to the following ; - Regularized green timber; - Regularized dried timber; - Prepared timber; - Planes timber; regardless of whether or not the timber meets the requirements of any dimensional or qualitative standards.

Diese Europäische Norm legt dire Regeln zur Berechnung des Volumens von Schnittholz fest.  Sie bezieht sich auf das Volumen eines Loses gleichartiger oder ungleichartiger Schnitthölzer aus Nadel- oder Laubholz.  Sie wird für folgende Produkte, die in EN 844.3 definiert sind, angewandt, wie z. B.: - Sägefallendes Schnittholz (Blockware und besäumtes Schnittholz); - Egalisiertes Schnittholz; - Kalibriertes Schnittholz; - Teilbesäumtes Schnittholz (Vorschnitt); - Gehobeltes Schnittholz; dessen Masse und Qualitäten genormt oder nicht genormt sind.

La présente Norme Européenne a pour objet de fixer les règles de détermination du volume des produits de sciage.  Elle s'applique au volumr d'un lot de pièces identiques ou non de sciages résineux ou feuillus.  Elle s'applique aux produits suivants définis dans EN 844.3: - Bois bruts de sciage (plots et arivés); - Bois égalisés; - Bois calibrés; - Bois ébauchés (prédébits); - Bois rabotés; faisant, ou non, l'objet de définitions dimensionnelles et qualitatives normalisées.
