Leather - Requirements for the determination of the origin of leather production

This document defines the requirements that are necessary to confer the origin of leather production based on the principle of the last substantial transformation according to Non-Preferential Rules of Origin.
This document applies to leather only and it applies also to leather with hair. Furs are excluded.
The country of origin of raw hides and skins isn’t relevant for the application of this document.

Dieses Dokument legt die notwendigen Anforderungen fest, um die Herkunft der Lederherstellung, basierend auf dem Prinzip der letzten wesentlichen Be  oder Verarbeitung nach den nicht präferenziellen Ursprungsregeln festzulegen.
Dieses Dokument gilt nur für Leder und gilt auch für Leder mit Haarkleid. Pelze sind ausgeschlossen.
Das Herkunftsland von Rohhäuten und  fellen ist für die Anwendung dieses Dokumentes nicht relevant.

Cuir - Exigences relatives à la détermination de l'origine de la production du cuir

Le présent document définit les exigences requises pour déterminer l'origine de la production du cuir, en appliquant le principe de dernière transformation substantielle conformément aux règles d'origine non préférentielle.
Il est applicable uniquement au cuir, y compris au cuir pourvu de poils. Il n'est pas applicable aux fourrures.
Le pays d'origine des peaux brutes n'est pas pertinent pour l'application du présent document.

Ta dokument določa zahteve, ki so potrebne za ugotavljanje porekla proizvodnje usnja na podlagi načela zadnje bistvene predelave v skladu z nepreferenčnimi pravili o poreklu.
Ta dokument se uporablja samo za usnje, vključno z usnjem z dlako. Krzno je izključeno.
Država porekla surovih kož za uporabo tega dokumenta ni pomembna.
