This European Standard specifies the required characteristics, tests and tooling applicable to male contacts size 22, 20, 16, 12, 8 and 5, type A, crimp, class R, used in elements of connection according to EN 3155-002.
It shall be used together with EN 3155-001.
The associated female contacts are defined in EN 3155-077.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen, Prüfungen und Werkzeuge für Stiftkontakte, Gröβe 22, 20, 16, 12, 8 und 5, Typ A, crimpbar, Klasse R, zur Verwendung in Verbindungselementen nach EN 3155-002 fest.
Die vorliegende Norm sollte in Verbindung mit EN 3155-001 angewandt werden.
Die zugehörigen Buchsenkontakte sind in EN 3155-077 festgelegt.

La présente Norme Européenne spécifie les exigences requises, les essais et l’outillage applicables aux
contacts mâles de taille 22, 20, 16, 12, 8 et 5 de type A, à sertir, classe S, utilisés dans les organes de
connexion suivant l'EN 3155-002.
Elle doit être utilisée conjointement avec l’EN 3155-001.
Les contacts femelles associés sont définis dans l’EN 3155-077.
