This standard defines the requirements for a two component, chromate and lead free epoxy, high corrosion resistant primer.
The coating shall be suitable for use on chromic acid anodised or conversion coated aluminium alloys, fibre reinforced composite materials and other suitably prepared substrates.

Diese Norm legt die Anforderungen an einen chromat  und bleifreien Zweikomponenten Primer auf Epoxidharzbasis mit hoher Korrosionsbeständigkeit fest.
Die Beschichtung muss für die Anwendung bei mit Chromsäure anodisierten oder mit einer Konver¬sionsschutzschicht überzogenen Aluminiumlegierungen, faserverstärkten Verbundwerkstoffen und bei ande¬ren auf geeignete Weise vorbereiteten Trägerwerkstoffen geeignet sein.
