Probenmaße und Verfahren für die mechanisierte Schälprüfung an Widerstandspunkt-, Rollennaht- und Buckelschweißungen mit geprägten Buckeln (ISO 14270:2000)

Diese Internationale Norm beschreibt Probenmaße und das Verfahren der mechanisierten Schälprüfung an Einpunkt-, Rollennaht- und Buckelschweißverbindungen an überlappten Blechen aus beliebigen metallischen Werkstoffen, der Blechdicke t von 0,5 mm bis 3 mm, wobei die Schweißungen einen maximalen Punktdurchmesser von   (wobei t die Blechdicke in mm ist) haben. An Schweißungen mit Durchmessern >   und £   ist es möglich, die Werte der Schälkraft klein zu bewerten, wenn die empfohlenen Probenmaße angewendet werden.
Das Ziel der mechanisierten Schälprüfung ist, die Schälkraft zu ermitteln, die die Probe ertragen kann.
