EN 13480-2:2012/A1:2013

Metallic industrial piping - Part 2: Materials

This part of EN 13480 covers the requirements for materials (including clad materials) for industrial piping and supports covered by EN 13480-1 constructed of metallic materials and is currently limited to steels with sufficient ductility below the creep range. It specifies the assessment of compliance for these materials. It also provides rules for the establishment of technical delivery conditions for materials for industrial piping.

This amendment A1 modifies the European Standard EN 13480-2:2012; it was approved by CEN on 5 August 2013.

This document (EN 13480-2:2012/A1:2013) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 267
“Industrial piping and pipelines”, the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This Amendment to the European Standard EN 13480-2:2012 shall be given the status of a national standard,
either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by February 2014, and conflicting
national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by February 2014.
