Intelligent transport systems - eSafety - Part 4: eCall for UNECE Category T, R, S agricultural/forestry vehicles

The scope of this project is to extend eCall to other classes of vehicle, including HGVs, P2WVs, busses and coaches and agricultural/forestry vehicles

Im Hinblick auf 112-eCall (betriebliche Anforderungen entsprechend EN 16072) legt dieses Dokument zusätzliche Spezifikationen für die Bereitstellung von eCall für Fahrzeuge der Land- und Forstwirtschaft fest.
Wie bei den bereits bestehenden Bestimmungen zu eCall für Fahrzeuge der Kategorie M1/N1 werden diese Systeme innerhalb des Paradigmas spezifiziert, dass es sich um eine Ausrüstung handelt, die vom Originalgerätehersteller in Neufahrzeuge eingebaut wird.
ANMERKUNG 1   Die Bereitstellung von eCall für Fahrzeuge über den Nachrüstmarkt (nach Verkauf und Zulassung) wird den Gegenstand einer anderen Arbeit bilden, die im Hinblick auf die betrieblichen Anforderungen für derartige Nachrüstlösungen für Fahrzeuge der Land- und Forstwirtschaft diese Technische Spezifikation als Hauptanhaltspunkt verwenden wird.
ANMERKUNG 2   Das 112-eCall-Paradigma beinhaltet einen Direktanruf vom Fahrzeug bei der zuständigen Notrufzentrale (en: Public Safety Answering Point, PSAP). (Zum Vergleich: Die Diensterbringung durch Dritte beinhaltet die Unterstützung eines zwischengeschalteten externen Dienstleisters, bevor der Anruf an die PSAP weitergeleitet wird.) Die hierin enthaltenen Spezifikationen beziehen sich nur auf die Bereitstellung von 112 eCall oder IMS 112 eCall und sind enthalten keine Spezifikationen für die eCall-Diensterbringung durch Dritte.

V zvezi s storitvijo e-Klic 112 (zahteve za delovanje so določene v standardu EN 16072) ta dokument določa dodatne specifikacije za zagotavljanje e-Klica za kmetijska/gozdarska vozila.
Tako kot obstoječe določbe za e-Klic za vozila kategorije M1/N1 so tudi ti sistemi opredeljeni v okviru paradigme, da gre za originalno nameščeno opremo (OEM), ki je dobavljena z novimi vozili.
OPOMBA 1: Zagotavljanje e-Klica za vozila po naknadni vgradnji (po prodaji in registraciji) bo predmet drugih dokumentov. V okviru zahtev za delovanje za katere koli take naknadne rešitve za kmetijska/gozdarska vozila bodo specifikacije te tehnične specifikacije uporabljene kot glavna referenčna točka.
OPOMBA 2: Primer e-Klica 112 je neposredni klic iz vozila do najustreznejšega centra za usklajevanje reševanja (zagotavljanje storitev drugih ponudnikov – za primerjavo – vključuje podporo posredniškega drugega ponudnika storitev, preden je klic posredovan centru za usklajevanje reševanja). V tem dokumentu navedene specifikacije se nanašajo samo na zagotavljanje e-Klica 112 ali e-Klica 112 IMS in ne podajajo specifikacij za zagotavljanje storitve e-Klic drugega ponudnika.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 2 December 2018 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
