Non-destructive examination of fusion welds - Visual examination

This European Standard covers the visual examination of fusion welds in metallic materials. The examination is normally performed on welds in the as-welded condition but exceptionnally, for example when required by an application standard or by agreement between the contracting parties, the examination may be carried out at other stages during the welding process.

Diese Europäische Norm bezieht sich auf die Sichtprüfung von Schmelzschweiss- nähten bei metallischen Werkstoffen. Die Prüfung wird überlicherweise sofort nach der Erfüllung der Schweissaufgabe durchgeführt. Ausnahmsweise kann sie jedoch auch zu anderen Zeitpunkten während des Schweissprozesses erfolgen, falls es beispielsweise durch eine Anwendungsnorm oder nach Vereinbarung zwischen den Vertragspatnern gefordert wird.

Contrôle non destructif des assemblages soudés par fusion - Contrôle visuel

L'objet de la présente norme couvre le contrôle visuel de soudures par fusion en matériaux métalliques. Le contrôle est normalement effectué sur des souduresà l'état brut de soudage mais exceptionnellement, par exemple lorsque cela est prescrit par une norme d'application ou par accord entre les parties contrac- tantes, le contrôle peut être effectué à d'autres stades de la fabrication parsoudage.
