Chemicals used for treatment of water intended for human consumption - Modified starches

This European Standard is applicable to modified starches used for treatment of water intended for human consumption. It describes the characteristics of modified starches and specifies the requirements and the corresponding test methods for modified starches .  Annex A gives some information on origin, use and handling of modified starches.  Annex B lists the bibliography.

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für modifizierte Stärke zur Aufbereitung von Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch. Sie beschreibt die Eigenschaften von modifizierter Stärke und legt die Anforderungen sowie die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren fest.   Anhang A gibt Information über die Herkunft, den Gebrauch und den Umgang mit modifizierter Stärke.  Anhang B gibt die Literaturhinweise.

La présente norme européenne est applicable aux amidons modifiés utilisés pour le traitement de l'eau destinée à la consommation humaine.Elle décrit les caractéristiques et spécifie les prescriptions et les méthodes d'essai correspondantes pour les amidons modifiés. L'annexe A donne quelques informations sur l'origine, l'emploi et la manipulation de l'amidon modifié.  L'annexe B donne la bibliographie.
