Non-destructive testing - Measurement and evaluation of the X-ray tube voltage - Part 3: Spectrometric method

This standard specifies the test method for a non-invasive measurement of X-ray tube voltages using the energy spectrum of X-rays (spectrometric method). It covers the voltage range from 10 kV to 500 kV. The intention is to check the correspondence of the actual voltage with the indicated value on the control panel of the X-ray unit. It is intended to measure the maximum energy only and not the complete X-ray spectrum. The procedure is applicable for tank type and constant potential X-ray units.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur nichtinvasiven Messung der Röntgen-Röhrenspannung unter Verwendung des Energiespektrums fest. Die Norm deckt den Spannungsbereich von 10kV bis 500kV ab. Es ist beabsichtigt, die Übereinstimung der aktuellen Hochspannung mit dem auf dem Steuerpult angezeigten Wert festzustellen. Dafür wird ausschließlich die Grenzenergie bestimmt, nicht aber das komplette Energiespektrum. Das Verfahren ist sowohl für Eintank- Halbwellen-Anlagen als auch für Röntgen-Gleichspannungsanlagen geeignet.

Essais non destructifs - Mesurage et évaluation de la tension des tubes radiogènes - Partie 3: Méthode spectrométrique

La présente norme décrit le mode opératoire de mesurage des tensions des tubes radiogènes à l'aide du spectre énergétique des rayons X (méthode spectrométrique). Elle couvre la plage de tensions comprises entre 10 kV et 500 kV. Le but est de vérifier la correspondance entre la tension effective et la valeur indiquée sur le tableau de commandes de l'unité à rayons X. L'objectif consiste à mesurer uniquement l'énergie maximale et non l'intégralité du spectre à rayons X. Le mode opératoire s'applique aux unités à rayons X à tension auto redressée et à tension constante.
