Rubber and plastics hoses and hose assemblies - Non-bonded fluoroplastic lined (e.g. PTFE) hoses and hose assemblies for liquid and gaseous chemicals - Specification

This European Standard specifies requirements for three types of non-bonded fluoroplastic lined hoses and hose assemblies with convoluted or smooth linings designed to convey liquid or gaseous chemical substances, hereinafter termed the “chemicals conveyed”. These hoses and hose assemblies can be used for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and industrial applications as detailed in Clause 5.
The hose assemblies are intended for use with chemicals conveyed in the temperature range of −70°C to +260°C and for a working pressure up to 205 bar ).
NOTE 1   This standard sets out requirements for these hoses and hose assemblies to ensure that users are not exposed to danger from fire or explosion and that the environment is protected against contamination or damage.
NOTE 2   Other working pressures than those given above can be agreed with the manufacturer provided the physical properties of the hose assembly materials conform to Clause 8, the hose and hose assembly performance requirements conform to Clause 9 and the hose assembly electrical properties conform to Clause 10.
NOTE 3   Other diameters than those given in this standard can be agreed with the manufacturer provided the physical properties of the hose assembly materials conform to Clause 8, the hose and hose assembly performance requirements conform to Clause 9 and the hose assembly electrical properties conform to Clause 10.
NOTE 4   This standard also provides guidance on the storage of hose assemblies (Clause 15).
NOTE 5   The attention of users is drawn to Annex G concerning the working temperature range which can be affected by the chemical(s) to be conveyed in the hoses and hose assemblies.
NOTE 6   The attention of users is drawn to Annex G concerning the selection of materials for lining, helix wire (if applicable), electrical bonding wire (if applicable), braid reinforcement and cover (if applicable) related to the chemical(s) to be conveyed by the hoses and hose assemblies.

Gummi- und Kunststoffschläuche und -schlauchleitungen - Fluorkunststoffbeschichtete (z. B. PTFE) Nicht-Verbundschläuche und -schlauchleitungen für flüssige und gasförmige Chemikalien - Anforderungen

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen an drei Typen von fluorkunststoffbeschichteten Nicht-Verbundschläuchen und  schlauchleitungen mit gewellten oder glatten Innenschichten zum Fördern von flüssigen oder gasförmigen chemischen Stoffen fest; diese werden im Folgenden "geförderte Chemikalien" genannt. Diese Schläuche und Schlauchleitungen können für pharmazeutische, biotechnologische und industrielle Anwendungen, wie in Abschnitt 5 detailliert beschrieben, verwendet werden.
Die Schlauchleitungen sind für den Einsatz mit den geförderten Chemikalien im Temperaturbereich von −70 °C bis +260 °C und bei einem Betriebsdruck bis zu 205 bar ) vorgesehen.
ANMERKUNG 1   Diese Norm legt Sicherheitsanforderungen an diese Schläuche und Schlauchleitungen fest, um sicherzustellen, dass Anwender keinen Gefahren durch Brand oder Explosionen ausgesetzt werden und dass die Umwelt vor Verunreinigungen oder Schäden geschützt ist.
ANMERKUNG 2   Andere Betriebsdrücke als die vorstehend genannten können mit dem Hersteller vereinbart werden, vorausgesetzt, dass die physikalischen Eigenschaften der für die Schlauchleitungen verwendeten Werkstoffe den Festlegungen in Abschnitt 8, die Leistungsanforderungen an Schläuche und Schlauchleitungen den Festlegungen in Abschnitt 9 und die elektrischen Eigenschaften der Schlauchleitungen den Festlegungen in Abschnitt 10 entsprechen.
ANMERKUNG 3   Andere Durchmesser als die in dieser Norm angegebenen können mit dem Hersteller vereinbart werden, vorausgesetzt, dass die physikalischen Eigenschaften der für die Schlauchleitungen verwendeten Werkstoffe den Festlegungen in Abschnitt 8, die Leistungsanforderungen an Schläuche und Schlauchleitungen den Festlegungen in Abschnitt 9 und die elektrischen Eigenschaften der Schlauchleitungen den Festlegungen in Abschnitt 10 entsprechen.
ANMERKUNG 4   Diese Norm gibt ebenfalls Hinweise für die Lagerung von Schlauchleitungen (Abschnitt 15).
ANMERKUNG 5   Der Anwender wird auf Anhang G hinsichtlich des Betriebstemperaturbereichs hingewiesen, der durch die mit den Schläuchen und Schlauchleitungen zu fördernde(n) Chemikalie(n) beeinträchtigt werden kann.
ANMERKUNG 6   Der Anwender wird auf Anhang G hinsichtlich der Auswahl der Werkstoffe für die Innenschicht, die Wendel (falls anwendbar), den elektrischen Verbindungsdraht (falls anwendbar), die Geflechtverstärkung und die Außenschicht (falls anwendbar) hingewiesen, bezogen auf die mit den Schläuchen und Schlauchleitungen zu fördernde(n) Chemikalie(n).

Tuyaux et flexibles en caoutchouc et en matières plastiques - Tuyaux non-liés revêtus de fluoroplastique (par exemple PTFE) pour substances chimiques liquides ou gazeuses - Spécifications

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences relatives à trois types de tuyaux et flexibles non-liés revêtus de fluoroplastique avec des tubes intérieurs spiralés ou lisses conçus pour transporter des substances chimiques liquides ou gazeuses, ci-après désignées « produits chimiques transportés ». Ces tuyaux et flexibles peuvent être utilisés pour des applications pharmaceutiques, biotechnologiques et industrielles tel que détaillé à l’Article 5.
Les flexibles sont destinés à être utilisés avec des produits chimiques transportés dans une plage de température de −70 °C à +260 °C et à une pression de service jusqu’à 205 bar ).
NOTE 1   La présente norme établit des exigences pour ces tuyaux et flexibles afin de s'assurer que les utilisateurs ne sont pas exposés à des dangers dus à un incendie ou à une explosion et que l'environnement est protégé contre tout dommage ou pollution.
NOTE 2   Des pressions de service autres que celles données ci-dessus peuvent faire l'objet d'un accord avec le fabricant, à condition que les propriétés physiques des matériaux des flexibles soient conformes à l'Article 8, que les exigences relatives aux performances des tuyaux et flexibles soient conformes aux exigences de l'Article 9 et que les propriétés électriques des flexibles soient conformes à l'Article 10.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za tri vrste nevezanih s fluoroplastiko obloženih cevi in cevnih priključkov z nagubano ali gladko oblogo, ki so zasnovani za prenos tekočih ali plinastih kemičnih snovi (v nadaljevanju »prenesene kemikalije«). Cevni priključki so namenjeni za uporabo s prenesenimi kemikalijami v temperaturnem razponu od –70 °C do 260 °C pri delovnem tlaku največ 360 barov1) OPOMBA 1: Ta standard določa zahteve za te cevi in cevne priključke, ki zagotavljajo, da uporabniki niso izpostavljeni nevarnostim požara ali eksplozije in je okolje zavarovano pred onesnaženjem ali škodo.
