Façade scaffolds made of prefabricated components - Part 1: Products specifications

This European Standard specifies the performance requirements and the general requirements of structural design and assessment for prefabricated façade scaffold systems. The façade scaffolds are intended for use while connected to the façade with ties. Scaffold systems are classified by six criteria, see Table 1
It is limited to façade scaffold systems that have standards made of steel or aluminium alloy and have other elements made of these materials or timber based materials.
It defines a standard set of system configurations under which the structural design is carried out. Other configurations may be possible with some systems, but they are outside the scope.
This standard should be read in conjunction with prEN 12811-1, prEN 12811-2, EN 12811-3 and prEN 12810-2 which specify certain of the requirements.
This standard does not specify requirements for protection fans. It does not give information about erection, use, dismantling or maintenance.

Die vorliegende Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen an die Ausführung und den Nachweis der Tragfähigkeit für vorgefertigte Fassaden-Gerüstsysteme fest.Sie sind für Anwendungen bis zu einer Höhe von 24 m vorgesehen, wobei sie an der Gebäudefassade verankert sind. Diese Norm gilt in Verbindung mit prEN xxx (WI 13):1996, die zusätzliche Anforderungen enthält. Sie klassifiziert die Gerüstsysteme nach 5 Kriterie: Verkehrslasten, Breite, lichte Höhe, Ausstattung und Art des vertikalen Zugangs.

Echafaudages de façade à composants préfabriqués - Partie 1: Spécifications des produits

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de performance et les exigences générales relatives à la conception des structures et à l'évaluation des systèmes d'échafaudages de façade à composants préfabriqués. Les échafaudages de façade sont destinés à être utilisés tout en étant fixés à la façade à l'aide d'éléments d'amarrage. Les systèmes d'échafaudages sont classés selon six critères, voir Tableau 1.
Elle se limite aux systèmes d'échafaudages de façade disposant de montants en acier ou en alliage d'aluminium ainsi que d'autres composants fabriqués à partir de ces matériaux ou de matériaux à base de bois.
Elle définit un ensemble type de configurations du système selon lequel est réalisée la conception des structures. D'autres configurations peuvent être possibles avec certains systèmes, mais celles-ci ne relèvent pas du domaine d'application concerné.
Il convient de consulter la présente norme en liaison avec le EN 12811-1, le prEN 12811-2, l'EN 12811-3 et le EN 12810-2 qui spécifient certaines exigences.
La présente norme ne spécifie pas les exigences relatives aux auvents de protection. Elle ne fournit aucune information concernant le montage, l'utilisation, le démontage ou la maintenance.
