Cryogenic vessels - Static vacuum insulated vessels - Part 3: Operational requirements

This European Standard specifies operational requirements for static vacuum insulated vessels for cryogenic fluids in accordance with 00268006, designed for a maximum allowable pressure of more than 0,5 bar. It may be used as a guideline for vessels designed for a maximum allowable pressure of not more than 0,5 bar. The scope includes installation, putting into service, inspection, filling, maintenance and emergency procedures.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Betriebsanforderungen für stationäre vakuum-isolierte Kryo-Behälter nach 00268006 fest, die für den Betrieb mit einem max. zulässigen Druck von über 0,5 bar ausgelegt sind. Sie kann zum Teil als Richtlinie für Behälter mit einem max. zulässigen Druck von weniger als 0,5 bar verwendet werden. Für kleine Kryo-Behälter, die für den Gebrauch vorgesehen sind, kann diese Norm nur als Richtlinie dienen. Der Anwendungsbereich beinhaltet Inbetriebnahme, Befüllen, Instandhaltung, Prüfungen und das Verhalten im Notfall.

1.1   La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences de fonctionnement pour les récipients cryogéniques fixes, isolés sous vide, conçus pour une pression maximale admissible supérieure à 0,5 bar. Elle peut également être utilisée comme guide pour les récipients conçus pour une pression maximale admissible inférieure à 0,5 bar.
1.2   La présente Norme européenne s'applique à des récipients conçus pour des fluides cryogéniques tels que spécifiés dans l'EN 13458-1.
