Hot rolled products of structural steels - Part 6: Technical delivery conditions for flat products of high yield strength structural steels in the quenched and tempered condition

This document specifies technical delivery conditions for flat products of high yield strength alloy special steels. The grades and qualities are given in Tables 1 to 3 (chemical composition) and Tables 4 to 6 (mechanical properties) and are supplied in the quenched and tempered condition.
The steels specified in this document are applicable to hot-rolled flat products with a minimum nominal thickness of 3 mm and a maximum nominal thickness of 200 mm for grades S460, S500, S550, S620 and S690, a maximum nominal thickness of 125 mm for grades S890 and S960, in steels which, after quenching and tempering, have a specified minimum yield strength of 460 MPa to 960 MPa.

Warmgewalzte Erzeugnisse aus Baustählen - Teil 6: Technische Lieferbedingungen für Flacherzeugnisse aus Stählen mit höherer Streckgrenze im vergüteten Zustand

Dieses Dokument legt die technischen Lieferbedingungen für Flacherzeugnisse aus legierten Edelstählen mit höherer Streckgrenze fest. Die Sorten und Gütegruppen sind in den Tabellen 1 bis 3 (chemische Zusammensetzung) sowie 4 bis 6 (mechanische Eigenschaften) aufgeführt und sie werden im vergüteten Zustand geliefert.
Die Stähle nach diesem Dokument sind anwendbar für warmgewalzte Flacherzeugnisse mit einer Mindestnenndicke von 3 mm und einer Höchstnenndicke von 200 mm für die Sorten S460, S500, S550, S620 und S690 sowie einer Höchstnenndicke von 125 mm für die Sorten S890 und S960, die nach dem Vergüten festgelegte Mindestwerte der Streckgrenze im Bereich von 460 MPa bis 960 MPa aufweisen.

Le présent document spécifie les conditions techniques de livraison pour les produits plats en aciers alliés spéciaux à haute limite d'élasticité. Les nuances et qualités sont données dans les Tableaux 1 à 3 (composition chimique) et 4 à 6 (caractéristiques mécaniques) et sont livrées à l'état trempé et revenu.
Les aciers spécifiés dans le présent document sont applicables aux produits plats laminés à chaud ayant une épaisseur nominale minimale de 3 mm et une épaisseur nominale maximale de 200 mm pour les nuances S460, S500, S550, S620 et S690 et une épaisseur nominale maximale de 125 mm pour les nuances S890 et S960, dans les aciers qui, après trempe et revenu, ont une limite d’élasticité minimale spécifiée comprise entre 460 MPa et 960 MPa.

Ta dokument določa tehnične dobavne pogoje za ploščate izdelke iz posebnih jekel z visoko mejo plastičnosti zlitine. Razredi in kakovosti so podani v preglednicah od 1 do 3 (kemična sestava) ter preglednicah od 4 do 6 (mehanske lastnosti); jekla so dobavljena v poboljšanem stanju.
Jekla iz tega dokumenta se uporabljajo za vroče valjane ploščate izdelke z najmanjšo nazivno debelino 3 mm in največjo nazivno debelino 200 mm za razrede S460, S500, S550, S620 in S690, največjo nazivno debelino 125 mm za razreda S890 in S960, pri jeklih, ki imajo po poboljšanju minimalno trdnost med 460 MPa in 960 MPa.

This document (EN 10025-6:2019+A1:2022) has been prepared by Technical Committee
CEN/TC 459/SC 3 “Structural steels other than reinforcements”, the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2023 and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by May 2023.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
patent rights. CEN shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes !EN 10025-6:2019".

For a short transition period there will be a coexistence of EN 10025-1:2004 with EN 10025-2:2019 to
!EN 10025−6:2019+A1:2022", since the new EN 10025-1 has to fulfil the requirements of the CPR
and will therefore be published later. For this short transition period up-to-the publication of the next
edition of part 1 the following is to be taken into account for EN 10025-1:2004:
a) all dated and undated references to EN 10025-1:2004 to EN 10025-6:2004 are unchanged to this
version with following exception: In 9.2.2.1 the references are 8.3.1 and 8.3.2 instead of 8.4.1 and
8.4.2;
b) Clauses 5, 12 and 13 of EN 10025-1:2004 are no longer relevant.
The main changes with respect to the previous !version EN 10025−6:2004+A1:2009 of edition
EN 10025−6:2004" are listed below:
a) part 6 is now a stand-alone standard for technical delivery conditions including the preparation of
samples and test pieces, the test methods, the marking, labelling and packaging and the drawings;
b) for applications under the CPR this document and part 1 are used together;
c) requirements for elements not definded were added to 7.2.1 and 7.2.2;
