This document establishes a standard registration and maintenance mechanism for the registration of ISO 19150-4-conformant geographic information service ontologies.
This document makes use of ISO 19135-1 whenever appropriate.
This document does not define semantics operators or rules for ontologies, and does not develop any application ontology.
In relation to ISO 19101-1:2014, 6.2, this document defines and formalizes the following purposes of the ISO geographic information reference model:
— geographic information service components and their behaviour for data processing purposes over the Web; and
— OWL ontologies to cast ISO/TC 211 International Standards to benefit from and support the Semantic Web.
In relation to ISO 19101-1:2014, 8.3, this document addresses the Application:Procedural foundation of the ISO geographic information reference model.

Le présent document définit un mécanisme normalisé d'enregistrement et de maintenance pour l'enregistrement d'ontologies de service d'information géographique conformes à l'ISO 19150-4.
Le présent document utilise l'ISO 19135-1 le cas échéant.
Le présent document ne définit pas les opérateurs sémantiques ni les règles des ontologies, et ne présente pas d'ontologie d'application.
Par rapport à l'ISO 19101-1:2014, 6.2, le présent document définit et formalise les objectifs suivants du modèle de référence de l'information géographique de l'ISO:
— constituants de service d'information géographique et leur comportement à des fins de traitement de données sur le Web; et
— ontologies OWL pour formuler les normes internationales ISO/TC 211 afin de bénéficier de, et prendre en charge, le Web sémantique.
Par rapport à l'ISO 19101-1:2014, 8.3, le présent document traite de la fondation Application:Procedural du modèle de référence de l'information géographique de l'ISO.

Ta dokument določa standardni mehanizem registracije in vzdrževanja za registracijo ontologij storitev geografskih informacij, skladnih s standardom ISO 19150-4.
Ta dokument uporablja standard ISO 19135-1, kadarkoli je to primerno.
Ta dokument ne določa operativnega pomenoslovja ali pravil za ontologije in ne oblikuje nobene ontologije uporabe.
Ta dokument v povezavi s standardom ISO 19101-1:2014, 6.2 določa in formalizira naslednje namene referenčnega modela geografskih informacij ISO:

"Geographic information/Geomatics" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 287
