Hose fittings with clamp units - Part 6: TW tank truck couplings

This European Standard specifies the fitting combinations, design, materials and dimensions for hose fittings with couplings for tank trucks (TW couplings).
Couplings for tank trucks in accordance with this document are intended to link hoses with connections for the transport of liquids, solid matters and gases with the exception of liquid gas and steam. They can be employed in a working pressure range of -0,8 bar up to 16 bar at working temperatures of -20 °C up to +65 °C. Couplings for tank trucks for other operating conditions are subject to agreement.
WARNING - Male and female dust couplings are pressure resistant plugs. They do not fulfil the function of a locking device, which should be installed in any case as long as the hose assembly is under pressure.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Armaturenkombinationen, Konstruktion, Werkstoffe und Maße für Schlaucharmaturen mit Kupplungen für Tankwagen (TW-Kupplungen) fest.
Kupplungen für Tankwagen nach diesem Dokument dienen der Verbindung von Schläuchen mit Anschlüssen zum Fördern von Flüssigkeiten, Feststoffen und Gasen, ausgenommen Flüssiggas und Dampf. Die Kupplungen können in einem Arbeitsdruckbereich von –0,8 bar ) bis 16 bar bei Arbeitstemperaturen von – 20 °C bis 65 °C verwendet werden. Tankwagen-Kupplungen für andere Betriebsbedingungen nach Vereinbarung.
WARNUNG — Vater- und Mutterteil-Blindkupplungen sind druckbeständige Verschlüsse. Sie über-nehmen nicht die Funktion eines Absperrorgans, das in jedem Fall vorgeschaltet sein sollte, solange die Schlauchleitungen unter Druck stehen.

Raccords pour flexibles avec demi-coquille - Partie 6: Raccords TW pour camion-citerne

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les combinaisons de raccordement, la conception, les matériaux et les dimensions des raccords pour flexibles avec raccordements pour camions-citernes (raccords TW).
Les raccordements pour camions-citernes conformes au présent document sont destinés à relier les tuyaux munis de raccordements pour le transport de liquides, de matières solides et de gaz, à l'exception des gaz liquéfiés et de la vapeur. Ils peuvent être utilisés dans une plage de pression de service de 0,8 bar ) à 16 bar pour des températures de service de 20 °C à 65 °C. Les raccordements pour camions-citernes utilisés dans d'autres conditions de service font l'objet d'un accord.
AVERTISSEMENT  Les raccordements anti-poussière mâles et femelles sont des capuchons résistant à la pression. Ils ne remplissent pas la fonction d'un dispositif de verrouillage, qu’il convient d’installer dans tous les cas, tant que l’assemblage flexible est sous pression.

Ta evropski standard določa kombinacije, načrtovanje, materiale in dimenzije fitingov za cevne fitinge s spojkami za TW cisterne. V skladu s tem dokumentom so spojke za TW cisterne namenjene povezovanju cevi s priključki za prevoz tekočin, trdnih snovi in plinov, razen tekočega plina in pare. Uporabljajo se lahko pri delovnem tlaku od -0,8 bara1) do 16 barov pri delovni temperaturi od -20 °C do +65 °C. Glede spojk za TW cisterne za delovanje pod drugačnimi obratovalnimi razmerami se je treba dogovoriti.
