Refractory test-piece preparation - Gunning refractory panels by the pneumatic-nozzle mixing type guns (ISO 20182:2008)

ISO 20182:2008 describes the procedure for the preparation of test panels from refractory materials by gunning through pneumatic-nozzle mixing type guns at ambient temperatures.
ISO 20182:2008 does not apply to plastic gunning mixes, and might not apply to those mixes that contain aggregates that are susceptible to hydration.
It also does not apply to shotcrete type mixes.

Diese Internationale Norm legt die Verfahrensweise für die Probenvorbereitung von Spritzmassen aus feuerfesten Werkstoffen mittels Spritzmaschinen bei Umgebungstemperaturen fest.
ANMERKUNG   Die Werte für die Probekörper aus der nach diesem Verfahren vorbereiteten Spritzmasse stimmen möglicherweise nicht mit den Werten von Probekörpern aus derselben Masse, die auf einer Baustelle vorbereitet wurde, überein.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht für plastische Spritzmassen und möglicherweise nicht für Gemische, die hydratationsempfindliche Zuschlagstoffe enthalten.
Sie gilt darüber hinaus nicht für Spritzbeton-Gemische

L'ISO 20182:2008 spécifie le mode de préparation de panneaux d'essai en matériaux réfractaires, par gunitage au moyen d'un pistolet mélangeur pneumatique, à température ambiante.
L'ISO 20182:2008 n'est pas applicable aux mélanges plastiques gunitables et peut ne pas être applicable aux mélanges qui contiennent des granulats susceptibles de s'hydrater.
Elle ne s'applique pas non plus aux mélanges de type béton projeté.

collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 187 "Refractory products and materials", the secretariat of

text or by endorsement, at the latest by July 2008, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by July 2008.
