Cranes - Safety - Design - Requirements for equipment - Part 1: Electrotechnical equipment
This European Standard specifies requirements for the design and selection of low voltage electrotechnical equipment for all type of cranes, with the objectives of ensuring reliability of safety-related function and protecting personnel from hazards affecting their health and safety.
NOTE Specific requirements for particular types of cranes, and for load handling devices, are given in the appropriate European standard.
The equipment covered by this European Standard commences at the point of connection of the supply to the electrical equipment of the crane including systems for power supply and control feeders situated outside the crane, e.g. flexible cables, conductor wires or bars, cableless controls.
The standard does not cover individual items of electrical equipment except with regard to their selection for specific aspects of use.
The significant hazards covered by this European Standard are identified in clause 4.
This standard doesn't deal with voltages over 1000 V a.c. and 1500 V d.c..
This standard does not cover hazards related to the lifting of persons.
This document is not applicable to cranes which are manufactured before the date of publication by CEN of this document.
Authors of Product-Specific-Standards should copy the relevant clauses of this standard instead of referring to
EN 13135, and should refer directly to EN 60204-32 whenever possible.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen für die Konstruktion und Auswahl der elektrischen Ausrüstung für Niederspannung für alle Arten von Kranen fest, mit dem Ziel, die Betriebssicherheit der sicherheitsbezogenen Funktionen sicherzustellen und das Personal vor Gefährdungen ihrer Sicherheit und Gesundheit zu schützen.
ANMERKUNG Besondere Anforderungen für spezielle Kranarten und Lastaufnahmemittel sind in entsprechenden Europäischen Normen angegeben.
Die Ausrüstung, die von dieser Europäischen Norm abgedeckt wird, beginnt an der Netzanschlussstelle der elektrischen Ausrüstung des Kranes, und schliesst die Systeme für Energieversorgung und Steuerleitungen außerhalb des Kranes, z. B. flexible Leitungen, Schleifleitungen oder kabellose Steuerungen mit ein.
Diese Norm behandelt nicht einzelne Einheiten der elektrischen Ausrüstung, außer im Hinblick auf ihre Auswahl für bestimmte Aspekte der Anwendung.
Die signifikanten Gefährdungen, die durch diese Europäische Norm abgedeckt sind, sind in Abschnitt 4 aufgelistet.
Diese Norm behandelt nicht Wechselspannungen über 1000 V bzw. Gleichspannungen über 1500 V.
Gefährdungen bezüglich des Hebens von Personen sind durch diese Norm nicht abgedeckt
Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Krane, die vor dem Veröffentlichungsdatum dieses Dokumentes durch CEN hergestellt wurden.
Normensetzer von Produktnormen sollten die relevanten Abschnitt e dieser Norm zitieren anstatt auf EN 13135 zu verweisen, und sollten wo immer möglich direkt auf EN 60204-32:1988 verweisen.
Appareils de levage à charge suspendue - Sécurité - Conception - Prescriptions pour l'équipement - Partie 1: Equipement électrotechnique
La présente Norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions relatives à la conception et à la sélection des équipements électrotechniques basse tension pour tous les types d'appareils de levage à charge suspendue, dans le but de s'assurer de la fiabilité des fonctions et de protéger le personnel vis-à-vis des phénomènes dangereux qui pourraient en affecter leur santé et leur sécurité.
NOTE Des prescriptions spécifiques pour des types particuliers d'appareils de levage à charge suspendue et pour les accessoires de levage sont données dans la Norme européenne appropriée.
Les équipements couverts par la présente Norme européenne commencent au point de connexion de l'alimentation de l'équipement électrique de l'appareil de levage à charge suspendue y compris les alimentations de puissance et les alimentations de commande située à l'extérieur de l'appareil de levage, par exemple les câbles souples, les collecteurs câblés ou à barres, les télécommandes.
La présente norme ne traite pas d'éléments individuels de l'équipement électrique sauf en ce qui concerne leur sélection pour des aspects d'utilisation spécifiques.
Les phénomènes dangereux couverts par la présente Norme européenne sont identifiés à l'Article 4.
La présente norme ne traite pas des voltages supérieurs à 1 000 V a.c. et à 1 500 V d.c.
La présente norme ne traite pas des phénomènes dangereux relatifs au levage de personnes.
La présent document ne s'applique pas aux appareils de levage à charge suspendue fabriqués avant la date d'adoption par le CEN du présent document.
Les auteurs des normes spécifiques doivent copier les parties appropriées de la présente norme au lieu de faire références à l'EN 13135 et doivent se référer directement à l'EN 60204-32 chaque fois que possible.
