Chemicals used for treatment of water intended for human consumption - Phosphoric acid

This European Standard is applicable to phosphoric acid used for treatment of water intended for human consumption. It describes the characteristics and specifies the requirements and the corresponding test methods for phosphoric acid. It gives information on its use in water treatment. It also determines the rules relating to safe handling and use (see annex B).

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Phosphorsäure zur Aufbereitung von Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch. Sie beschreibt die Eigenschaften von Phosphorsäure und legt die Anforderungen sowie die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren für Phosphorsäure fest. Sie gibt Informationen für die Anwendung von Phosphorsäure in der Wasseraufbereitung. Sie legt Regeln für die sichere Handhabung und Benutzung von Phosphorsäure fest (siehe Anhang B).
ANMERKUNG   Eine Übereinstimmung mit dieser Norm bedeutet keine gleichzeitige Annahme oder Zulassung des Produktes in einem der Mitgliedsländer der EU oder EFTA. Die Anwendung des in dieser Europäischen Norm beschrie-benen Produktes hängt von den jeweiligen Regelungen der nationalen autorisierten Stellen ab.

La présente Norme européenne s'applique à l'acide phosphorique utilisé dans le traitement de l'eau destinée à la consommation humaine. Elle décrit les caractéristiques et précise les prescriptions et les méthodes d'essai de l'acide phosphorique correspondantes. Elle donne des informations sur son emploi dans le traitement de l'eau. Elle fixe également les règles relatives à la sécurité d'emploi et de manipulation (voir l'annexe B).
