EN ISO 8130-1:2010

Coating powders - Part 1: Determination of particle size distribution by sieving (ISO 8130-1:1992)

The method discriminates between particles in the size range from 32 µm to 300 µm using circular test sieves with a sieving area having a diameter of 200 mm. It can also be used as an abbreviated procedure, i.e. for determination of the residue on one single sieve only.

Dieser Teil von ISO 8130 legt ein Verfahren zum Bestimmen der Teilchengrößenverteilung von Pulverlacken
durch Sieben fest. Dabei wird zwischen Teilchen im Größenbereich von 32 µm bis 300 µm unterschieden.
Das Verfahren kann auch verkürzt angewendet werden, d. h. zum Bestimmen des Rückstandes auf nur einem
einzigen Sieb (Ja/Nein-Prüfung).

Ta del IS0 8130 določa metodo za ugotavljanje porazdelitve velikosti delcev s sejanjem. Razločuje med delci v razponu velikosti med 32 pm in 300 pm. Metoda se lahko uporablja tudi kot skrajšan postopek, tj. za ugotavljanje ostanka samo na enem situ (preskus »gre«/»ne gre«).

The text of ISO 8130-1:1992 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 35 “Paints and varnishes” of
the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO 8130-1:2010 by
Technical Committee CEN/TC 139 “Paints and varnishes” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by May 2011.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
