This document defines the requirements for qualification, acceptance, delivery and inspection of 100° countersunk head, 100° countersunk reduced head and protruding head close tolerance pins, shear type in aluminium alloy 7050-T73 and collars of aluminium alloy 3003 and of aluminium alloy 6061-T7 for use as permanent fasteners in aerospace applications.

Dieses Dokument legt die Anforderungen für die Qualifikation, Abnahme, Auslieferung und Prüfung von 100° Senk-Passstiften, 100° Senk-Passstiften mit kleinem Kopf und Senk-Passstiften mit überstehendem Kopf für Scherbeanspruchung aus Aluminiumlegierung 7050 T73 und Schließringe aus Aluminiumlegierung 3003 und Aluminiumlegierung 6061 T7 für die Verwendung als dauerhafte Verbindungselemente in Anwendungen der Luft- und Raumfahrt fest.

Le présent document définit les exigences relatives à la qualification, la réception, la livraison et le contrôle des broches à tête fraisée 100°, à tête fraisée réduite 100° et à tête saillante, à tolérance serrée et de type cisaillement en alliage d’aluminium 7050-T73, ainsi que des colliers en alliages d’aluminium 3003 et 6061-T7, pour une utilisation en tant qu’élément de fixation permanent dans les applications aérospatiales.
