Railway applications - Classification system for railway vehicles - Part 5: System Breakdown Structure (SBS)

This European Standard defines the System Breakdown Structure for railway vehicles and their principal associated attributes.
This European Standard may also be applied to specific railway vehicles like track machines and snow ploughs. However, whilst the systems that are common with general railway vehicles are included, the systems which are specific to their work processes are not included in this European Standard. They need to be added for these individual projects.

Diese Norm definiert die Systemstruktur für Schienenfahrzeuge und deren wesentlichen Merkmale.
Diese Norm gilt auch für Sonderfahrzeuge wie Baumaschinen und Schneepflüge. Die Systeme, die häufig in Verbindung mit allgemeinen Schienenfahrzeugen eingesetzt werden, sind in dieser Norm enthalten, während die speziellen Systeme, die für deren Arbeitsabläufe charakteristisch sind, nicht in dieser Norm behandelt werden. Sie sind für diese individuellen Projekte hinzuzufügen.

Cette norme européenne définit l’arborescence système pour les matériels roulants ferroviaires et leurs principaux attributs associés.
Cette norme européenne peut également être appliquée aux matériels roulants ferroviaires plus spécifiques, tels que les engins de voie et les chasse-neiges. Cependant, bien que les systèmes communs aux matériels roulants ferroviaires classiques soient inclus dans cette norme européenne, les systèmes spécifiques à leur utilisation ne le sont pas. Ils doivent être ajoutés dans le cadre de projets individuels.

Standard EN 15380-5 določa sistemsko razčlenitveno strukturo za železniška vozila in njihove glavne povezane lastnosti. Ta evropski standard se lahko uporablja tudi za posebna železniška vozila, kot so tirni stroji in snežni plugi. A system is generally defined with a view to achieve a given objective, e.g. by performing a definite function. Note 2 to entry
Examples of a system: A drive system, a water supply system, a stereo system, a computer. Note 3 to entry
The system is considered to be separated from the environment and from the other external systems by an imaginary surface, which cuts the links between them and the system. Note 4 to entry
