Concrete pavements - Part 4: Test methods for the determination of wear resistance of concrete pavements to studded tyres

This European Standard describes a test method for determination of wear resistance of specimens cut from hardened concrete pavements. It is possible to use the method for testing moulded specimens from laboratory.
NOTE   The test method is applicable for the finished concrete (end product testing) and not only for the aggregate as described in EN 1097-9. In the report of the Swedish Road and Transport Research Institute on a " Ring Analysis of Nordic Road Simulators: Proposal for a common test method for the determination of the wear resistance of concrete pavements", No. 774A-1996, more information of the methods precision is given.

Fahrbahnbefestigungen aus Beton - Teil 4: Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung des Widerstandes gegen Verschleiß durch Spikereifen von Fahrbahnbefestigungen aus Beton

Dieses Dokument beschreibt ein Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung des Verschleißwiderstandes gegen Spikereifen
von Prüfkörpern, die aus Fahrbahnbefestigungen aus erhärteten Beton entnommen werden oder von im
Laboratorium hergestellten Prüfkörpern.
ANMERKUNG Das Prüfverfahren ist nicht nur nach EN 1097-9 auf Gesteinskörnungen anwendbar, sondern auch auf
Fertigbeton (Prüfung des Endprodukts). Der Bericht des Swedish Road and Transport Research Institute, in dem im Rahmen
eines Ringversuchs mit Simulatoren für nordische Straßen (Ring Analyses of Nordic Road Simulators) ein Vorschlag für ein
allgemeines Prüfverfahren zur Bestimmung der Verschleißfestigkeit von Betondecken unterbreitet wird, enthält weitere
Informationen zur Präzision der Verfahren (siehe Literaturhinweise).
Dieses Dokument enthält drei Prüfverfahren.

Revêtements en béton - Partie 4: Méthodes d'essai pour la détermination de la résistance à l'usure des chaussées béton par abrasion provoquée par les pneus à crampons

Ce document décrit une méthode d'essai pour la mesure de la résistance aux pneus cloutés des carottes de chaussées béton après prise ou d'éprouvettes moulées en laboratoire.
NOTE   Cette méthode d'essai est applicable sur le béton lui-même (produit fini) et pas seulement sur les granulats comme indiqué dans la EN 1097-9. Dans un rapport de l'Institut suédois de recherche sur les routes et les transports (1996) : "Analyse circulaire des simulateurs d'usure par pneus cloutés : proposition pour une méthode commune de détermination des la résistance à l'usure par des pneus à crampon des revêtements en béton", une estimation des fidélités des méthodes est donnée (voir bibliographie).
Ce document décrit trois processus opératoires.
