Coating powders - Part 2: Determination of density by gas comparison pyknometer (referee method) (ISO 8130-2:1992)

The method can be used for all types of coating powder, is simple to carry out, but requires more expensive instrumentation than is often used for density determinations. It is based on the determination of the volume of a weighed test portion by measuring the volume of the gas displaced. This is achieved by equalizing the pressure difference which arises due to the displacement of the gas.

Pulverlacke - Teil 2: Bestimmung der Dichte mit einem Gasvergleichspyknometer (Schiedsverfarhen) (ISO 8130-2:1992)

Dieser Teil von ISO 8130 legt ein Verfahren zum Bestimmen der Dichte von Pulverlacken mit einem Gasvergleichspyknometer fest. Das Verfahren kann auf alle Arten von Pulverlacken angewendet werden und ist einfach durchzuführen. Es erfordert aber eine teurere Geräteausstattung als oft für Dichtebestimmungen angewendet wird.
Die Dichte von Pulverlacken kann auch nach dem in ISO 8130-3 beschriebenen Pyknometer-Verfahren mit Flüssigkeitsverdrängung bestimmt werden. Zwar ist das Gerät relativ preiswert, das Pyknometer-Verfahren mit Flüssigkeitsverdrängung neigt aber dazu, fehlerhafte Ergebnisse zu liefern, insbesondere wenn das Pulver im Kontakt mit der verwendeten Verdrängungsflüssigkeit quillt oder die Verdrängungsflüssigkeit die Luft zwischen den Pulverteilchen nicht vollständig verdrängt. Das Verfahren mit Flüssigkeitsverdrängung ist viel langsamer in der Durchführung und weniger genau. Es wird nur angewendet, wenn die gleichen Ergebnisse wie nach dem Verfahren mit Gasvergleichspyknometer erhalten werden.

Poudres pour revêtement - Partie 2: Détermination de la masse volumique à l'aide d'un pycnomètre à gaz (méthode de référence) (ISO 8130-2:1992)

La CEI 60601-2-29:2008 décrit les exigences auxquelles les fabricants doivent se conformer lors de la conception et de la construction des simulateurs de radiothérapie; elle ne vise pas à définir des exigences de performances optimales. Son objet est d'identifier les caractéristiques de conception reconnues actuellement comme essentielles pour la sécurité de fonctionnement de tels appareils électromédicaux. Elle fixe des limites de détérioration des performances des appareils électromédicaux qui seraient la conséquence d'une condition de défaut, telle que la défaillance d'un  composant, pour lesquelles un verrouillage doit entrer en action pour empêcher l'appareil électromédical de continuer à fonctionner. Cette troisième édition annule et remplace la deuxième édition parue en 1999, dont elle constitue une révision technique, qui représente un alignement de cette norme avec la troisième édition de la CEI 60601-1 et ses normes collatérales.

Praškasti premazi - 2. del: Določevanje gostote s piknometrom za primerjavo plinov (sodno izvedenska metoda) (ISO 8130-2:1992)

Ta del standarda ISO 8130 določa način določevanja gostote praškastih premazov s piknometrom za primerjavo plinov. Uporablja se lahko za vse tipe prahu za površinsko zaščito, je preprost za uporabo, vendar zahteva nekoliko dražje instrumente, kot se sicer večinoma uporabljajo za določevanje gostote. Gostoto praškastih premazov je mogoče določiti tudi z metodo piknometra z izpodrivom tekočine, ki je opisana v standardu IS0 8130-3. Aparat je relativno poceni, vendar pa lahko pri metodi merjenja s piknometrom z izpodrivom tekočine pogosteje pride do napačnih rezultatov, še posebno če prah ob stiku z uporabljeno izpodrivno tekočino nabrekne ali če izpodrivna tekočina ne izpodrine povsem zraka med delci prahu. Izvajanje metode z izpodrivom tekočine je precej počasnejše in manj natančno, zato se sme uporabljati samo, če je mogoče dokazati, da se rezultati ujemajo z rezultati metode s piknometrom za primerjavo plinov.

The text of ISO 8130-2:1992 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 35 “Paints and varnishes” of
the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO 8130-2:2010 by
Technical Committee CEN/TC 139 “Paints and varnishes” the secretariat of which is held by DIN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by May 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by May 2011.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
