Assessment of actions arising from accidental human activity including impact and collisions from wheeled vehicles, ships, derailed trains and helicopters on roofs and gas explosions in buildings - their analysis and determination of design values to be used in the structural design of buildings and civil engineering works. Procedures for risk analysis and technical measures to reduce consequences.

Eurocode 1 - Einwirkungen auf Tragwerke - Teil 1-7: Allgemeine Einwirkungen - Außergewöhnliche Einwirkungen

(1) EN 1991-1-7 enthält Strategien und Regelungen für die Sicherung von Hochbauten und anderen Ingenieurbauwerken gegen identifizierbare und nicht-identifizierbare außergewöhnliche Einwirkungen.
(2) EN 1991-1-7 liefert :
   Strategien bei identifizierten außergewöhnlichen Einwirkungen;
   Strategien für die Begrenzung lokalen Versagens.
(3) Die folgenden Punkte werden in dieser Norm behandelt;
   Begriffe und Bezeichnungen (Abschnitt 1);
   Klassifizierung der Einwirkungen (Abschnitt 2);
   Bemessungssituationen (Abschnitt 3);
   Anprall (Abschnitt 4);
   Explosion (Abschnitt 5);
   Robustheit im Hochbau  Bemessung für die Folgen lokalen Versagens ohne spezifizierte Ursache (informativer Anhang A);
   Hinweise zu Risikoabschätzungen (informativer Anhang B);
   dynamische Bemessung für Anprall (informativer Anhang C);
   Explosionen in Gebäuden (informativer Anhang D).
(4) Regelungen zu Staubexplosionen in Silos sind in EN 1991-4 enthalten.
(5) Regelungen für Anpralllasten aus Fahrzeugen auf einer Brücke sind in EN 1991-2 zu finden.
(6) EN 1991-1-7 behandelt keine außergewöhnlichen Einwirkungen aus Explosionen außerhalb von Gebäuden und aus Kriegs- und terroristischen Handlungen. Die Resttragfähigkeit von Hochbauten oder anderen Ingenieurbauwerken, die durch seismische Einwirkungen oder Brand beschädigt wurden, wird ebenfalls nicht behandelt usw..

Les États membres de l'UE et de l'AELE reconnaissent que les Eurocodes servent de documents de référence pour les usages suivants :
   comme moyen de prouver la conformité de bâtiments et d'ouvrages de génie civil aux exigences essentielles de la Directive 89/106/CEE du Conseil, en particulier à l'Exigence essentielle N°1 Stabilité et Résistance mécanique - et l'Exigence essentielle N°2  Sécurité en cas d'incendie ;
   comme base de spécification des contrats pour les travaux de construction et les services techniques associés ;
   comme cadre d'établissement de spécifications techniques harmonisées pour les produits de construction (EN et ATE)
Les Eurocodes, dans la mesure où ils concernent les ouvrages de construction eux-mêmes, ont un lien direct avec les Documents interprétatifs  auxquels il est fait référence dans l'Article 12 de la DPC, bien qu'ils soient de nature différente de celle des normes de produits harmonisées  . En conséquence, les aspects techniques résultant des travaux effectués pour les Eurocodes nécessitent d'être pris en considération de façon adéquate par les Comités techniques du CEN et/ou les Groupes de travail de l'EOTA travaillant sur les normes de produits en vue de parvenir à une complète compatibilité de ces spécifications techniques avec les Eurocodes.
Les normes Eurocodes donnent des règles de calcul de structure communes en vue d'une utilisation quotidienne pour le calcul de structures entières et de composants, de nature tant traditionnelle qu'innovante. Les formes de construction ou les conceptions inhabituelles ne sont pas spécifiquement couvertes, et il appartiendra en ces cas au concepteur de se procurer des bases spécialisées supplémentaires.

EN 1991-1-7 podaja strategije in pravila za varovanje stavb in drugih gradbenih inženirskih objektov pred znanimi in neznanimi nezgodnimi vplivi. EN 1991-1-7 določa:
– strategije na podlagi znanih nezgodnih vplivov,
– strategije na podlagi omejevanja obsega lokalne odpovedi.
Vsebina tega dela EN 1991 je naslednja:
– definicije in simboli (1. poglavje);
– razvrstitev vplivov (2. poglavje);
– projektna stanja (3. poglavje);
– trčenja (4. poglavje);
– eksplozije (5. poglavje);
– projektiranje za posledice lokalne odpovedi v stavbah zaradi neznanega vzroka (informativni
dodatek A);
– podatki o oceni tveganja (informativni dodatek B);
– dinamično projektiranje pri trčenjih (informativni dodatek C);
– notranje eksplozije (informativni dodatek D).
Pravila o prašnih eksplozijah v silosih so dana v EN 1991-4. Pravila o trčenjih vozil na mostovih so dana v EN 1991-2. EN 1991-1-7 ne vsebuje posebnih določil za vplive zunanjih eksplozij, vojaških in terorističnih dejavnosti ter za preostale stabilnosti stavb ali drugih gradbenih inženirskih objektov, poškodovanih pri potresu, požaru itd.

vplivi (vključen popravek SIST EN 1991-1-7:2006/AC:2010), 2006, ima status slovenskega standarda in je
enakovreden evropskemu standardu EN 1991-1-7 (en), Eurocode 1 – Actions on structures – Part 1-7:
General actions – Accidental actions, 2006-07, z vključenim popravkom EN 1991-1-7:2006/AC:2010.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN 1991-1-7:2006 in njegov popravek EN 1991-1-7:2006/AC:2010 je pripravil
tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo CEN/TC 250 Konstrukcijski evrokodi. Slovenski
standard SIST EN 1991-1-7:2006 z vključenim popravkom SIST EN 1991-1-7:2006/AC:2010 je prevod
evropskega standarda EN 1991-1-7:2006 z vključenim popravkom EN 1991-1-7:2006/AC:2010. V
primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu sta odločilna izvirni evropski
standard in njegov popravek v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični
odbor SIST/TC KON Konstrukcije.
Odločitev za izdajo tega dokumenta je dne 19. decembra 2006 sprejel SIST/TC KON Konstrukcije.

ZVEZA Z NACIONALNIMI STANDARDI
V standardu SIST EN 1991-1-7:2006 pomeni sklicevanje na evropske in mednarodne standarde, ki je
vključeno v ta evropski standard, sklicevanje na enakovredne slovenske standarde, npr.: EN 1991-1-7
pomeni SIST EN 1991-1-7.
V skladu s standardom EN 1991-1-7:2006 je bil pripravljen tudi nacionalni dodatek k standardu SIST
EN 1991-1-7:2006. Nacionalni dodatek vsebuje alternativne postopke, vrednosti in priporočila za
razrede z opombami, ki kažejo, kje se lahko uveljavi nacionalna izbira. Zato nacionalni dodatek SIST
