Machines for the manufacture of constructional products from concrete and calcium-silicate - Safety - Part 3: Slide and turntable machines

1.1   This part of EN 12629, taken together with EN 12629-1:2000+A1, applies to machines for the manufacture of constructional products of calcium-silicate or concrete, where the mould(s) is(are) mounted on a turning or slide table. The motive power for compressing the mixture is effected either mechanically (Annexes A, B), or hydraulically (Annexes C and D).
EN 12629-1:2000+A1 specifies general requirements applicable to machines for the manufacture of constructional products from concrete and calcium silicate.
This document specifies the additional requirements to and/or the deviations from EN 12629-1:2000+A1 specific to the machines it covers.
1.2   This European Standard deals with all significant hazards pertinent to these machines, when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse which are reasonably foreseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4). This European Standard specifies the appropriate technical measures to eliminate or reduce risks arising from the significant hazards.
1.3   This European Standard applies to the machines from the point at which the mixture enters the machine (see point 1 of annexes A, B, C, D) and the point where the pallets for concrete products are brought to the assembly (see point 8 at annexes C and D) until the point where the green products are removed from the machine to the curing system (see point 2 of annexes A, B, C, D).
1.4   This European Standard deals with the hazards listed in Clause 4 which can arise during the operation and maintenance, including the interfaces, of the slide and turntable machines, when carried out in accordance with the specifications given by the manufacturer or his authorised representative.
This standard establishes safety requirements and/or methods of protection which apply to these machines.
1.5   This document is not applicable to block making machines, which are manufactured before the date of publication of this document by CEN.

1.1   Dieser Teil von EN 12629, zusammen mit EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010, gilt für Maschinen zur Herstellung von Bauprodukten aus Kalksandsteinmassen oder Beton, sofern eine oder mehrere Form(en) in die Drehtisch- oder Schiebetisch-Maschine eingebaut ist (sind). Die Antriebsanlage zur Verdichtung der Mischung wird entweder mechanisch (Anhänge A, B) oder hydraulisch (Anhänge C und D) betrieben.
EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 spezifiziert allgemeine Anforderungen für Maschinen zur Herstellung von Bauprodukten aus Beton und Kalksandstein.
Dieses Dokument legt die zusätzlichen Anforderungen für und/oder Abweichungen von EN 12629 1:2000+A1:2010 fest, die spezifisch für die Maschinen sind, die es abdeckt.
1.2   Diese Europäische Norm behandelt alle signifikanten Gefährdungen, die auf diese Maschinen zutreffen, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß und unter den Bedingungen des Missbrauchs, die vernünftigerweise vom Hersteller vorhersehbar sind, verwendet werden (siehe Abschnitt 4). Diese Europäische Norm spezifiziert die entsprechenden technischen Maßnahmen zur Beseitigung oder Verminderung der Risiken, die von den signifikanten Gefährdungen ausgehen.
1.3   Der Anwendungsbereich dieser Norm beginnt für diese Maschinen bei der Zuführung der Mischung (siehe Punkt 1, Anhänge A, B, C, D), der Zuführung der Paletten für die Betonprodukte (siehe Punkt 8, Anhänge C und D) und endet an der Stelle, an der die Paletten mit den frischen Produkten die Anlage zur weiteren Verarbeitung verlassen (siehe Punkt 2, Anhänge A, B, C, D).
1.4   Diese Europäische Norm behandelt die in Abschnitt 4 aufgeführten Gefährdungen, die während des Betriebs und der Wartung von Schiebe- und Drehtischmaschinen einschließlich der Schnittstellen auftreten können, wenn sie entsprechend den Angaben des Herstellers oder seines bevollmächtigten Vertreters durch¬geführt werden.
Diese Norm legt Sicherheitsanforderungen und/oder Schutzverfahren fest, die für diese Maschinen gelten.

1.1. La présente norme européenne s'applique aux machines et installations utilisées pour la fabrication de produits de construction en silico-calcaire ou en béton, lorsque ces machines sont munies d'une table mobile coulissante ou tournante dans laquelle le(s) moule(s) est (sont) monté(s). La force motrice utilisée pour comprimer le mélange est d'origine mécanique (annexes A,B) ou hydraulique (annexes C, D).

Stroji za izdelavo gradbenih proizvodov iz betona in apnenega peščenca - Varnost - 3. del: Drsni in vrtljivi stroji

Ta del EN 12629 skupaj z EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 velja za stroje za izdelavo gradbenih proizvodov iz apnenega peščenca ali betona, pri katerih so kalupi nameščeni na vrtljivi ali drsni mizi. Pogonska moč za stiskanje zmesi je mehanska (Dodatek A, B) ali hidravlična (Dodatek C in D). EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010 določa splošne zahteve, ki veljajo za stroje za izdelavo gradbenih proizvodov iz betona in apnenega peščenca. Ta dokument določa dodatne zahteve in/ali odstopanja od EN 12629-1:2000+A1:2010, specifične za stroje, ki jih zajema.
