EN ISO 8394-2:2010

Building construction - Jointing products - Part 2: Determination of extrudability of sealants using standardized apparatus (ISO 8394-2:2010)

ISO 8394-2:2010 specifies a method for determining the extrudability of sealants independently of the package in which they are supplied. It is not applicable to the classification of sealants.

Dieser Teil von ISO 8394 legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Verarbeitbarkeit von Dichtstoffen fest,
unabhängig von der Art des Behälters, in dem der Dichtstoff geliefert wird.
Dieses Verfahren gilt nicht für die Klassifizierung von Dichtstoffen.

L'ISO 8394-2:2010 spécifie une méthode de détermination de l'extrudabilité des mastics, indépendamment de l'emballage dans lequel ils sont livrés. Elle n'est pas applicable à la classification des mastics.

Foreword
The text of ISO 8394-2:2010 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 59 “Buildings and civil
engineering works” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as
EN ISO 8394-2:2010 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 349 “Sealants for joints in building construction” the
secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by April 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the
latest by April 2011.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 28394:1990.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the following
