Rubber and plastics hoses - Determination of adhesion between components (ISO 8033:2016)

ISO 8033:2016 specifies methods for the determination of the adhesion between lining and reinforcement, between cover and reinforcement, between reinforcement layers, between cover and outer lamination (thin layer of material outside the cover for protection) and between lining and inner lamination (thin layer of material inside the lining to reduce permeation of fluid into the lining). It covers all bore sizes and the following types of hose construction:
-      woven textile fabric;
-      braided textile fabric;
-      knitted textile fabric;
-      circular-woven textile fabric;
-      textile spiral;
-      textile cord;
-      wire braid;
-      wire spiral;
-      hoses containing a supporting helix.
Adequate adhesion between the various components of a hose is essential if it is to perform satisfactorily in service.

Diese Internationale Norm legt Verfahren für die Bestimmung der Haftfestigkeit zwischen Innenschicht und Einlagen, Außenschicht und Einlagen, zwischen den Einlagen, zwischen Außenschicht und äußerer Laminierung (dünne Materiallagen, die die Außenschicht schützen) und zwischen Innenschicht und innerer Laminierung (dünne Materiallagen innerhalb der Innenschicht, die die Durchlässigkeit von Flüssigkeit in die Innenschicht verringern) fest. Sie umfasst alle Nennweiten und die folgenden Schlauchkonstruktionen:
—   Textilgewebe;
—   Textilgeflecht;
—   Textil, gestrickt;
—   Textil, endlos gewebt;
—   Textil, spiralgedreht;
—   Textilcord;
—   Drahtgeflecht;
—   Drahtspirale;
—   Schläuche mit Verstärkungsspirale.
Eine ausreichende Haftfestigkeit zwischen den verschiedenen Schichten eines Schlauchs ist ausschlaggebend für den zufriedenstellenden Einsatz im Betrieb.

ISO 8033:2016 spécifie des méthodes pour la détermination de l'adhérence entre le tube intérieur et le renforcement, entre le revêtement et le renforcement, entre les couches de renforcement, entre le revêtement et la couche externe (fine couche de matériau à l'extérieur du revêtement, pour la protection) et entre le tube intérieur et la couche interne (fine couche de matériau à l'intérieur du tube, pour réduire la perméation du fluide dans le tube). Elle couvre tous les diamètres et les types suivants de confection de tuyaux:
-      plis de tissu;
-      fils textiles tressés;
-      fils textiles tricotés;
-      fils textiles tissés sur métier circulaire;
-      fils textiles guipés
-      nappes de fils textiles;
-      fils métalliques tressés;
-      fils métalliques guipés;
-      tuyaux contenant une hélice support.
Une adhérence adéquate entre les différents éléments d'un tuyau est essentielle pour obtenir des performances satisfaisantes en service.

Ta dokument določa metode za ugotavljanje adhezije med oblogo in
ojačitvijo, med zaščitnim slojem in ojačitvijo, med plastmi ojačitve, med zaščitnim slojem in
zunanjo laminacijo (tanka plast materiala na zunanji strani zaščitnega sloja) ter med oblogo in notranjo
laminacijo (tanka plast materiala na notranji strani obloge za zmanjšanje prepustnosti tekočine v oblogo). Zajema
vse velikosti premerov in naslednje vrste cevnih sestavov:
– ploskovna tekstilija;
– tekstilni oplet;
– tekstilna tkanina;
– krožna ploskovna tekstilija;
– tekstilna spirala;
– tekstilna vrv;
– pramen;
– spiralna žica;
– cevi s podporno spiralo.
Ustrezna adhezija med različnimi komponentami cevi je bistvenega pomena za zadovoljivo
delovanje.

rubber products" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 218 “Rubber and plastics hoses
and hose assemblies” the secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by July 2017, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by July 2017.
