Specifications for particular types of winding wires - Part 89: Polyesterimide enamelled round aluminum wire, class 200
IEC 60317-89:2023 specifies the requirements of enamelled round aluminium winding wire of class 200 with a sole coating based on polyesterimide resin, which can be modified providing it retains the chemical identity of the original resin and meets all specified wire requirements. NOTE A modified resin is a resin that has undergone a chemical change, or contains one or more additives to enhance certain performance or application characteristics. The range of nominal conductor diameters covered by this standard is as follows: grade 1: 0,250 mm up to and including 1,600 mm; grade 2: 0,250 mm up to and including 5,000 mm. The nominal conductor diameters are specified in Clause 4 of IEC 60317-0-3:2008 and IEC 60317-0-3:2008/AMD1:2013. This International Standard is to be used in conjunction with IEC 60317-0-3:2008, its Amendment 1 (2013) and its Amendment 2 (2019).

IEC 60317-89-2023 spécifie les exigences relatives aux fils de bobinage de section circulaire en aluminium émaillé de classe 200, avec un revêtement simple à base de résine polyestérimide, qui peut être modifiée sous réserve qu'elle conserve l'identité chimique de la résine initiale et respecte l'ensemble des exigences spécifiées du fil. NOTE Une résine modifiée est une résine dont les propriétés chimiques ont été modifiées, ou qui contient un ou plusieurs additifs visant à améliorer certaines performances ou caractéristiques d’application. La gamme des diamètres nominaux des conducteurs couverte par la présente norme est: grade 1: de 0,250 mm jusqu’à 1,600 mm (inclus); grade 2: de 0,250 mm jusqu’à 5,000 mm (inclus). Les diamètres nominaux des conducteurs sont spécifiés à l’Article 4 de l’IEC 60317-0-3:2008 et de l’IEC 60317-0-3:2008/AMD1:2013. La présente Norme internationale doit être utilisée conjointement avec l'IEC 60317-0-3:2008, son Amendement 1 (2013) et son Amendement 2 (2019).

Standard IEC 60317-89:2023 določa zahteve za okroglo aluminijevo navijalno žico razreda 200, lakirano z eno samo prevleko na osnovi poliestramidne smole, ki se lahko spremeni, če ohrani kemijsko identiteto izvirne smole in izpolnjuje vse določene zahteve za žice. OPOMBA: Spremenjena smola je smola, ki je bila kemijsko spremenjena ali vsebuje enega ali več aditivov za izboljšanje določene lastnosti učinkovitosti ali uporabe. Razpon nazivnega premera prevodnika, ki ga zajema ta standard, je, kot sledi:
razred 1: od 0,250 mm do (vključno) 1,600 mm;
razred 2: od 0,250 mm do (vključno) 5,000 mm.
Nazivni premeri prevodnika so navedeni v točki 4 standarda IEC 60317-0-3:2008 in IEC 60317-0-3:2008/AMD1:2013. Ta mednarodni standard je treba uporabljati v povezavi s standardom IEC 60317-0-3:2008, njegovo spremembo 1 (2013) in spremembo 2 (2019).

FOREWORD
1) The International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) is a worldwide organization for standardization comprising
all national electrotechnical committees (IEC National Committees). The object of IEC is to promote international
co-operation on all questions concerning standardization in the electrical and electronic fields. To this end and
