Terrestrial photovoltaic (PV) modules - Design qualification and type approval - Part 1-3: Special requirements for testing of thin-film amorphous silicon based photovoltaic (PV) modules

IEC 61215-1-3:2016 lays down requirements for the design qualification and type approval of terrestrial photovoltaic modules suitable for long-term operation in general open-air climates, as defined in IEC 60721-2-1. This document is intended to apply to all thin-film amorphous silicon (a-Si; a-Si/µc-Si) based terrestrial flat plate modules. As such, it addresses special requirements for testing of this technology supplementing IEC 61215-1:2016 and IEC 61215-2:2016 requirements for testing.

L'IEC 61215-1-3:2016 établit les exigences pour la qualification de la conception et l'homologation des modules photovoltaïques (PV) pour applications terrestres et pour une utilisation de longue durée dans les grandes zones climatiques à l'air libre, telles qu'elles sont définies dans l'IEC 60721-2-1. Le présent document est destiné à s'appliquer à tous les modules à plaque plane au silicium amorphe (a-Si; a-Si/µc-Si) à couches minces pour applications terrestres. A ce titre, il spécifie des exigences d'essai particulières à cette technologie en complément des exigences d'essai données dans l'IEC 61215-1:2016 et l'IEC 61215-2:2016.

Ta del standarda IEC 61215 določa zahteve IEC glede ocene zasnove in tipske odobritve prizemnih fotonapetostnih modulov, primernih za dolgotrajno uporabo v običajnih okoljih na prostem, kot je opredeljeno v standardu IEC 60721-2-1. Ta dokument je namenjen za uporabo za vse ploščate prizemne module iz tankoslojnega amorfnega silicija (a-Si; a-Si/μc-Si). Kot tak obravnava posebne zahteve za preskušanje te tehnologije, ki dopolnjujejo zahteve za preskušanje iz standardov IEC 61215-1:2016 in IEC 61215-2:2016.
Ta dokument se ne uporablja za module za uporabo s koncentrirano sončno svetlobo, lahko pa se uporablja za nizkokoncentracijske module (1 do 3 sončni viri). Za nizkokoncentracijske module se vsi preskusi izvedejo s tokovno, napetostno in močnostno ravnjo, ki so pričakovane pri načrtovani koncentraciji.
Namen tega preskusnega zaporedja je določiti električne in toplotne lastnosti modula ter prikazati (kot je mogoče v razumnih stroškovnih in časovnih omejitvah), da je modul zmožen prenesti učinke dolgotrajne izpostavljenosti v okoljih, opisanih v razdelku z opredeljenim področjem uporabe. Dejanska pričakovana življenjska doba tako kvalificiranih modulov je odvisna od njihove zasnove, okolja uporabe in pogojev delovanja.
Ta dokument določa spremembe preskusnih postopkov in zahtev v skladu s standardoma IEC 61215-1:2016 in IEC 61215-2:2016, ki so odvisne od prizemne fotonapetostne tehnologije.
