This amendment has been prepared by IEC technical committee 35: Primary cells and

batteries.
The text of this amendment is based on the following documents:

FDIS Report on voting
35/1199/FDIS 35/1203/RVD
Full information on the voting for the approval of this amendment can be found in the report
on voting indicated in the above table.
The committee has decided that the contents of the base publication and its amendments will
remain unchanged until 2005. At this date, the publication will be
• reconfirmed;
• withdrawn;
• replaced by a revised edition, or
• amended.

This amendment replaces the data corresponding to addition of CR15H270, Figure 5 –
Gauge, and deletion of BR17345 and PR43, and also the data corresponding to R1, LR6,
LR14 and LR20.
Replace pages 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 24 and 28 by the following new pages
carrying the same numbers.
Insert after page 21, the new page 21bis.

figure 4 are prepared by reduction or enlargement of the relevant original drawings. The other
drawings are prepared by reduction or enlargement of conventional specification drawings.
In each case the drawings show the shape of the relevant batteries. Dimensions for each
battery are shown in the tables.
