Cranes — Control layout and characteristics — Part 2: Basic arrangement and requirements for mobile cranes

ISO 7752-2:2011 establishes the arrangement, requirements and direction of movement of the basic controls for slewing, load hoisting and lowering, and boom luffing and telescoping, on mobile cranes as defined in ISO 4306-2. It deals with bi-directional controls and the basic arrangement and requirements for cross-shift levers (multi-directional controls). It is intended to be used in conjunction with ISO 7752-1.

Ta del standarda ISO 7752 določa razporeditev, zahteve in smer gibanja osnovnega krmilja za vrtenje, dviganje in spuščanje bremen ter dviganje/spuščanje roke in raztezanje/zlaganje roke na premičnih žerjavih iz standarda ISO 4306-2. Obravnava dvosmerno krmilje ter osnovno razporeditev in zahteve za prestavne ročice (večsmerno krmilje). Standard je treba uporabljati v povezavi s standardom ISO 7752-1.

Foreword
ISO (the International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies
(ISO member bodies). The work of preparing International Standards is normally carried out through ISO
technical committees. Each member body interested in a subject for which a technical committee has been
established has the right to be represented on that committee. International organizations, governmental and
non-governmental, in liaison with ISO, also take part in the work. ISO collaborates closely with the International
Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) on all matters of electrotechnical standardization.
International Standards are drafted in accordance with the rules given in the ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2.
The main task of technical committees is to prepare International Standards. Draft International Standards
adopted by the technical committees are circulated to the member bodies for voting. Publication as an
International Standard requires approval by at least 75 % of the member bodies casting a vote.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent

Introduction
Mobile crane operators frequently transfer from one crane to another of different model or manufacturer. This
part of ISO 7752 establishes a consistent arrangement and movement for the basic controls used during the
crane-operating cycle, to reduce operator confusion or incorrect control in an emergency.

Введение
Операторы подвижных кранов часто переходят от одного крана на другой, имеющий другую модель
или изготовителя. Данная часть ISO 7752 указывает основные схемы и движения основных органов
управления, используемые во время цикла управления краном, в целях снижения вероятности ошибки

1 Область применения
Настоящая часть ISO 7752 устанавливает схемы, требования и направления движения основных
органов управления в случаях поворота, подъема и опускания груза, а также изменения угла наклона
стрелы и изменения её длины в стреловых самоходных кранах согласно определениям в ISO 4306-2. В
этой части рассматриваются органы управления использующие два направления движения, основные
схемы и требования для (многонаправленных органов управления). Данная часть должна
использоваться совместно с ISO 7752-1.
