1.1 This document specifies performance requirements and test methods for pick-up tubes.
This document applies to pick-up tubes from DN 20 to DN 50 which are used for the suction of foam concentrate or additives and defines their requirements and test procedures.
NOTE 1 Pick-up tubes are especially used for the suction of foam concentrate or additives with inductors in accordance with prEN 16712-1.
NOTE 2 Pick-up tubes can also be used for the suction of other substances (e.g. absorbents).
1.2 This European Standard is not applicable to pick-up tubes which have been manufactured before
its date of publication as European Standard.

1.1   Dieses Dokument legt Leistungsanforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Ansaugschläuche fest.
Dieses Dokument gilt für Ansaugschläuche von DN 20 bis DN 50, die zum Ansaugen von Schaummittel oder Zusätzen dienen und legt deren Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren fest.
ANMERKUNG 1   Ansaugschläuche werden insbesondere zum Ansaugen von Schaummittel oder Zusätzen mit Zumischern nach prEN 16712 1 verwendet.
ANMERKUNG 2   Ansaugschläuche können auch zum Ansaugen anderer Stoffe (z. B. Absorbtionsmittel) verwendet werden.
1.2   Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Ansaugschläuche, die vor dem Veröffentlichungsdatum dieses Dokuments hergestellt wurden.

NOTE 1   Les flexibles d’aspiration sont particulièrement utilisés pour l’aspiration d’émulseurs ou d’additifs en association avec les proportionneurs conformes à l’EN 16712-1.
NOTE 2   Les flexibles d’aspiration peuvent également être utilisés pour l’aspiration d’autres substances (par exemple : les absorbants).

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by March 2016, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by March 2016.
