EN 60811-504:2012 (identical to IEC 60811-504:2012) defines a standardized procedure for bending tests at low temperature on extruded insulations and sheaths used in electric and optical fibre cables.     • For larger cables, IEC 60811-505 (elongation at low temperature) may be used or equipment adapted per the cable standard.
