Specification of the performance requirements and the critical dimensions of the vapour recovery adaptor fitted to the tank and the mating coupler fitted to a hoseHHH. It also specifies the tests necessary to verify the compliance of the equipment with the standard. The
equipment specified by the standard will be suitable for use with liquid petroleum products and other dangerous substances of Class 3 of ADR - European Agreement concerning the international carriage of dangerous goods by road (flammable liquids) which have a vapour
pressure not exceeding 110 kPa, at 50 °C (including petrol), and which have no subclassification as toxic or corrosive.

Diese Europäische Norm behandelt Ausrüstungen, die verwendet werden, um eine gasdichte Verbindung
zwischen dem Transporttank und den stationären Befüll- und Entladeeinrichtungen herzustellen.
In dieser Europäischen Norm sind die Leistungsanforderungen und die wesentlichen Maße der VKGKupplung

beschriebene Ausrüstung ist zum Umfüllen flüssiger Erdölerzeugnisse und anderer gefährlicher Güter der
Klasse 3 des ADR [2] geeignet, deren Dampfdruck bei 50 °C max. 110 kPa beträgt (einschließlich Ottokraftstoff)
und die nicht als giftig oder ätzend eingestuft sind.

La présente Norme européenne traite de l’adaptateur et du coupleur pour la récupération des vapeurs utilisés pour l’établissement d’un circuit étanche aux vapeurs entre la citerne de transport et les installations fixes de chargement et de déchargement.
Elle spécifie les performances requises et les dimensions essentielles de l’adaptateur pour la récupération des vapeurs monté sur le camion-citerne et du coupleur correspondant monté sur le flexible ou sur le tuyau de raccordement de l’installation fixe de chargement et de déchargement. Elle spécifie également les essais a réaliser pour vérifier la conformité des équipements a la norme. Les équipements spécifiés par la présente norme conviennent a une utilisation avec des produits pétroliers liquides et autres matieres dangereuses de la classe 3 de l’ADR [2] dont la tension de vapeur ne dépasse pas 110 kPa a 50 °C (y compris l’essence), et qui n’appartiennent a aucune sous-classification des produits toxiques ou corrosifs.
